I'd jump at the chance, but there isn't much to do on a date when you're in your teens, so I'll leave that for later.
Go see a movie. Try to cook her a meal, that can be fun. Relax and enjoy each other's company (aka talking) in a coffee shop. The best thing about the early stage of a relationship is in getting to know the person. If you genuinely have feelings for someone, and they do you, it's often fun to learn about each other and experience the quirks and uniqueness that makes them special to you.

You don't necessarily need things to do. I remember when it was a bright sunny August afternoon, I packed a couple of sandwiches, and took my girlfriend up to the top of this secluded grassy hill (a fucking big hill at that), and we just relaxed and enjoyed the weather/view.

IMO the whole point of a relationship is to find someone to enjoy your life with... And I've forgotten where I was going with this. Damn.

Sure. I've lived in solitude for long enough.

Though I'd definitely want the relationship to be consensual/natural. Forced relationships sicken me.

Maybe in a hypothetical, imaginary and optimal situation. But in real world I'm not really interesting or out-going enough to be in a relationship for too long. So if it wasn't in an imaginary magical world, the relationship would end quite soon, and that's rarely fun.

I enjoy my relationship with my fiance. I wouldn't trade it for allt eh money or games I could play for a lifetime.... now if only I could get both AND have my fiance to play them with :p.

Seriously, I always tried to find someone to connect with of my own age bracket, when it finally happened, my life changed. For the better

Never been in one, but I'm not going to say "FML". I'm not obsessing over the idea, but I'd like to give it a shot, if only to see what all the fuss is about.

TL;DR: I want to be in one FOR SCIENCE!

I need companionship beyond an autistic brother and a pushy father.

I really do want a relationship.

If i'm lucky, I'll have one by Sunday.

If not, i'll cry to the only people who could show some understanding - Escapists.

...

I'm lonely...

Sure why not.
Seriously.

OP's acting like it's a life or death situation. As long as you're happy, I don't think anyone would say no to that, unless they're a sociopath.
Well in that case, call me Stabby McStabber. It's alot of effort and misery until you do find someone and when, or if, you do, you get very little in payoff.

Depends on if the choice includes a very, very short list of girls.

Though lately, if we were talking just something casual, I might consider a significantly longer list of possible candidates.

Yes, I would definitely go for a relationship if a suitable person presented itself, but for now I'm alright with being single.

I'm newly married and I've been in my relationship for over 6 years now so I guess that sorta solidifies my answer, being single sucks. So long as you're with the right person, being in a relationship is phenomenal and worth pursuing and I'm quite happy with my gorgeous, geeky wife. The important thing to remember is this, relationships should be FUN and you should imagine them as fun, if you don't, it's time to reconsider.
Wise words

I would, and I am, as the second reply said. I find it to be more than worth it, and my life would certainly be poorer if I would refuse relationships. They also help if you want to have kids, I heard.
