.....probably not.....
The largest paper i ever had to write was around 500-700 words.
Though with enough bs-ing i think it might work.

I've yet to see anyone state the scientific and ecological benefits that water provides. Water is known as the universal solvent in that most any organic matter will dissolve in it, creating tea.

Water, not sweet tea, supports all forms of life upon the planet, from desert animals to aquatic, many of which could not survive on sweet tea.

It is water's unique property of becoming buoyant after undergoing a physical change to a solid state that allows for marine animals to survive in cold climates.

It is infinitely more cost effective to put out fires with water rather than sweet tea.

Water allows animals to cool themselves by evaporating on skin making temperature regulation and homeostasis possible.

Hope these points have helped a bit. For the cons of water, visit [link]http://www.dhmo.org/[/link]

This. What is sweet tea? Just tea with sugar..? Or is it tea with excessive sugar, like iced tea or something?

Well, say that water doesn't make you gain weight, hydrates you, and whatever other points people have said.

Water:
* Is free
* Is healthy to drink (and essential for life)
* Does not promote tooth decay
* Is calorie-free
* Doesn't make you sound like a southern redneck when you say it in conversation

Here's something to get you started:)

Which is better, Water or Sweet Tea to drink.

This comparison/argument will include all aspects of water and sweet tea as a beverage.

The question at first seems simple and the answer obvious since so many more people drink water or other beverages made from water versus how many people drink sweet tea. The truth though is that when given a choice most people will drink flavored water or another beverage where the basic taste of water has been altered. Sweet tea is one of the ways water can be altered and since it is so popular one would have to assume that for many it is altered in a positive way.

When considering health and dietary considerations pure water is better in most ways then sweet tea. Water by itself replenishes the body's needs, flushes out toxins and does not have a direct effect on sugar levels in the body. Sweet tea can be useful as a quick energy surge or if someone has low blood sugars but as a constant beverage it would probably cause weight gain, sugar level imbalances and if taken at night might cause insomnia as well. In addition sweet tea is probably not great for a persons teeth if consumed regularly and often water has useful additives such as fluoride that help dental health even more. It seems at least from a health perspective that water wins easily.

For most though health alone is not enough. Soda for instance has tons of sugar and can destroy teeth if consumed regularly yet many people drink more soda then water on a regular basis. The same can be said for sweet tea at least for some people. If a survey was taken asking people which they drink they would prefer to have on a regular basis the answer would vary greatly based on the location. In many parts of south it is very likely the answer would be sweet tea. Popularity alone though can not be enough and the true determination must be based on a variety of factors.

Sweet tea can spoil and needs far more preparation and careful storage then water. It can not be used in the creation of many other drinks such as coffee or hot chocolate and does not boil well if you intend on mixing it with foods such as oatmeal. Water can be sweetened and even used to create sweet tea but the reverse is not true, at least not easily and without a mess. Water basically is far more versatile as a drink then sweet tea allowing people to add a endless variety of flavorings to suit their taste. Sweet tea is liked by some but has far less applications then pure water for the majority.

In summary sweet tea is delicious to many and they might vote for it over water because of their personal taste. At the same time many do not like sweet tea at all or have not ever tried it. Water on the other hand has been consumed by everyone at one point in their lives and even if it is not their favorite drink, when they are really thirsty it tastes like ambrosia. Water is better for your health, cheaper, easier to store, far more varied in it's uses and does not create a mess if spilled (in fact it's used for cleaning!). The conclusion has to be that water is superior to sweet tea as a beverage in every way that counts. Some may argue that sweet tea tastes better then water but even for them water has advantages over sweet tea. Life without sweet tea would be a minor annoyance for some but life without water, well there wouldn't be any!!
...wow, how long have you been writing this?

Took like 5 minutes I think. Just flow of consciousness writing and I type almost 100 WPM. That was about 500 words so yeah, about 5 minutes or so. Should be able to just expand on that and your done:)

Tea, in particular sweet tea, will dehydrate you.

Sweet tea obviously has calories to it while water doesn't and can't be drank continuously without the drinker blowing up like a balloon.

Tea requires preparation.

Tea costs more.

Tea is brown.

Tea allegedly can conceal the taste of arsenic.

Well you could decide to REALLY fill the paper with BS and start going on about how people in our society cannot be content with mere water, but feel they must replace it with sweeter, unhealthier drinks like sweet tea, while people in other countries die from dehydration. You can continue by relating this to capitalism and how through advertising, we have lost the ability to accept things that are merely "plain" and immediately see "plain" as "bad". AND THEN you can go into this even further by relating it to Maslow's Hierarchy of needs and how unimportant the difference between sweet tea and water is compared to our basic psychological and physical needs compared to the actual price difference.

Never underestimate people's innate ability to BS.
