Some kind of wasp/spider mutant that's also been zombified. I think I'd faint just at the sight of that.

Seeing as its something from Harry Potter it would probably keep its original form. Can't understate how much I hate dealing with anything HP.
Ah but that's the thing, no one knows if it even has an original form because it changes as soon as someones around.

A giant squid around 100 feet underwater.
Jesus christ this. It's weird but I have a fear of deep sea creatures. I can't even stand looking at a picture of a giant squid. I just can't look at them, especially when they're in the water.

Probably a weird, naked, mannequin with a couple of limbs in the wrong place or missing and grasping a bloody kitchen knife in one hand... That would be scary as *pun*...

Probably ZeroTwo from Kirby
Or possibly Marx Soul... again from Kirby

Or maybe Dark Mind from Kirby
Hell, Kirby is creepy enough by himself, being a fucking cannibal and all.
Because the Kirby games are a goddamn

My greatest fear?

The only thing I have a phobia of is eels and that isn't that bad.

Maybe my best friend saying he hates me and never wants to speak to me again :< That would be awful.

I don't think a boggart would be scary, because it comes without any context whatsoever.

Horror films are 2 hours long because they need to create a context for the scary bits. A boggart has to instantaneously be frightening, and it only has a single image to do that with.

That said, if it took the form of something like a child being tortured, it would probably affect me...

Woohoo, I'm going to be extremely cliché and say a giant spider. Arachnophobia for the win. :)
Though to be honest, most people would probably see their loved ones as corpses. Hard to fear anything more than that.

Maybe Weeping Angels, or The Silence. I honestly don't know, as it's not something I tend to think about (go figure). Only reason I chose those is because I recently watched an info thingamajiggers on Youtube about them.

A twisted form of a family member. I once had a nightmare of something that looked like my Dad chasing after me with a knife. It terrified me. And i don't have problems with my family. My brain just wanted to be a scumbag. So I punched it and then my head hurt because i'm an idiot

Probably be a doppelganger of me. I don't have any real fears but I've got plenty of issues.
