None of you will ever do anything important or memorable, so why stress yourselves out?
Now, I'd tell you my plans, but...aw, hell, you'll forget everything in three seconds, anyways. Here goes:

I like what fallout jack said about everything but the robot army. Have you people learned nothing from terminator, battlestar galactica, mass effect and all the rest? Are you trying to get us all killed?
I personally would definately focus on deucation and healthcare in the USA. Both need vast improvements and if they could be brought up to similar standards to the UK at the earlier levels (as both are roughly the same when it comes to university education) then it would be a start. Both need improving massively though.
I would also institute heavy gun control policies. It would be rather fun to see the people reaction as i change the second amendment and ban guns. Aren't i mean ;D

the first thing id do is call for a state of emergency putting the US under martial law while i have every politician that has stolen money from the US or caused the US to weaken intentionally because of greed hung for treason. At which point then i would seize all of they and their families assets in this country and over seas banks to help recover some of the funds.
note on the senate and house rep term limit thing:

some of those in power are far instilled in their political positions.
They can use lobby members to skew their vote.
There may be room for challengers but, it is a SERVICE not a job, so I stand by my term limit to ENSURE that new blood gets in there and hold politicians more accountable that way. If they have limited time, they may work more efficiently.
As far as presidents go, why does it feel I have to pick between a douche and a shit sandwich?
It kind of sucks that the media blocks more humble and probably better politicians than those who are rich/or get alot of taxpayer money (Obama *cough*).
Sending it to the moon was a half joke, but I do like the idea of burying it under mountains.
To those who say drugs/prostitution should just be legal, but heavily regulated:
lulz, I see so much going wrong with this plan. If you can't stop drugs, who says you can't stop firearms? Oh what will the cops be doing other than giving out traffic tickets and crime reports? /joke Now we will see a new slew of MADD campaigns. Don't sniff and Drive. Don't shoot and Drive. Don't smoke and Drive. Let's see if the car accident rate would go up b/c of that. XD
And how could I forget La Familia en Mexico? With ALL the drugs now legal, now that gang can finally do what it wanted to do: take over mexico. Then even MOAR immigrants would be trying to scurry for the border.
The problem isn't immigration, It's illegal immigration that undermines the system. If your poor and looking for work, you can't compete with someone who is willing to be paid below the min. wage. Hell min wage is barely enough to scrap by, that's why people get more than one job and it actually shrinks the market horribly.
I forgot to add that I would reinstall that wage and price board. Taxing companies doesn't stop them from rising prices.
