Anyway, I'm assuming said Island is tropical and has ample amounts of obtainable food and water and is not in some parallel dimension were generators with infinite power exist.

1. A machete that has a hidden survival knife in the handle (I've seen them before, and they are packaged together, so I'm counting it as one item).

2. A hammock

The knife for a basic tool, the blanket to keep me warm and the redhead to keep me warmer.

I got a slight variation.

Bitchin' Machette/Desert eagle combo+ammo. A kinda like recish house of sorts thats furnished.(Even if its a bed, Table, Shower+space to store stuff like all the deagle ammo I would bring/food and the shower having all the things women want and soap for a life time. And a really cute chick with glasses with black hair.

Possible fourth item? Video camera with 100gigs of space and a night lens.

I'm a wizard-samurai. I have like 200 mana and I'm at level 75 for blade skills.
also it's an enchanted katana that casts milk.
And another also I have a gun that shoots ninja's filled with napalm and pidgeon shit. also it gives you + 500 health and summons hot chicks with guitars in a shower so overall my life is pretty sweet
