This, sorta. SMT or Final Fantasy... I prefer FF as a whole, and it's not like it's short on entries or content, and it covers a range of genres too... but I think I get more playtime and more challenge out of the SMT games... playing Persona 1, Digital Devil Saga and Lucifer's Call atm, been at them so many hours and still no where near done! FF I stick to the main plot, SMT I go for all the side quests and optional bosses too, which is a *lot* of extra hours, not to mention the New Game+ options most SMT games have... hmm~ tough choice! Can I have both? XDmireko said:MegaTen.
Everything inside the franchise counts. Why? Because in the English localizations, they slap Shin Megami Tensei on all of it. Digital Devil Saga, Persona, Devil Summoner, everything.
[sub]Plus the main-series titles aren't half bad either, from what I've seen.[/sub]
That's actually what I was going to ask about. If we could count the entire MegaTen metaseries as opposed to one individual series from it.mireko said:MegaTen.

Plenty of games, a decent amount of variety and challenge. I do enjoy the mix of RTS and turn-based. It's successful enough to keep the installments coming.
