@Stranger: Maybe they could just retcon WoW and release Warcraft IV, the chronological sequel to Warcraft III?
Or even just pull the whole "WoW is just one take on how it could have panned out. Warcraft IV represents a different way that the story of Warcraft could have taken"?
@Scde2: Just you wait and see. Just. You. Wait. You'll get yours.
@Alpha: That is a possibility. Actually, that is the best chance they have. It would be interesting to see how everything plays out after Warcraft 3s expansion played out. So many options....
@Scde2: Now that is something I can agree with. The setting for Starcraft did make me much more interested than what was different in each Warcraft map.
At least this place is practically fire-proof, needing to deal with a volcano and all.
Besides, is a lack of death such a bad thing? I mean, I enjoy the conversations with him and all, but after a while you run out of stuff to chat about.
@Stranger: Protect? That's not world domination. Domination is forcing them into surrender through superior firepower and tactics! It's forcing them to accept your will by wielding the absolute power of life and death.
Anything less is the sign of a bleeding heart that will be torn to shreds and lead to power struggle after power struggle to fill the void left by their absence. Supreme military might is the true way of world domination.
I could be nice or I could crush all dissenters beneath my iron boot. I could be loved and slightly happy or be loathed by all and have absolute power. I could...
Though the challenge lies in being a good guy till the end.
Cause as time drags on, it gets far harder to be nice to the people you save. So, you end up becoming a villain to show those annoying bastards whats up.
