No... while she does not actively seek to destroy all life, the Lady of Pain is much more dangerous than Kerrigan in many... much more subtle ways.

And... yeah... in some respects... Kerrigan is hotter when she's a Zerg... but any... "contact" with her in that state guarantees "infestation".
