I'm a fairly conservative guy, but I am still flabergasted by people who think gay is a choice

i'm considering pretending to be gay just so i can use this comeback. it is so awesome.

anyway, thinking being gay is a choice isnt such an intense leap of logic. its obviously not true, but so is saying the earth is the center of the universe. yet they both kind of make sense if you take some liberties with reasoning. i'm not surprised at all some people still believe being gay is a choice. just, you know, ignore them or something.

Probably didn't. Speaking from experience, a temporarily curious straight guy giving you head, and not enjoying it, isn't exactly the best you'll ever have.

And that guy you know, if he wanted to do that, isn't entirely straight. It's impossible to do that stuff, under any circumstances, if you're entirely straight. You've got to be at least a little bit into bicuriosity.

Gay obviously isn't a choice just like straight isn't. Being gay/straight/whatever is like preferring strawberry icecream over vanilla. You either like one flavour more or the other flavour more, you can't help what you like.

You don't choose which you prefer. If you did you could have a friend accidently buy ten gallons of chocolate ice creme for your birthday and suddenly choose to love chocolate ice creme, but it doesn't work that way.

Anyway, it's true that people who are truly gay do not choose to be - they just are. But there are absolutely people who do make that choice, if just to stand out or be cool/rebel and piss off their parents or whatever. I have seen quite a few people do that, then flip back to being straight after a couple months or years, and those are the people who choose to experiment because they are unsure of their self.
