In Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion what do you think your character was in prison for at the beginning?

I picked up a book to bring it to the counter so i could buy it. I didn't even put it in my pack or anything. I just held it, but idiot thought I was trying to steal it so he DREW A FUCKING SWORD AND TRIED TO KILL ME! So i defended myself by knocking him unconscious, which is fucking hard to do when somebody is using a sword! Little did i know, however, that this was a "crime" as well, and the guards threatened to KILL ME if i resisted arrest! So fuck it. I'm in jail for picking up a book in a store and self defense against a person who was committing attempted murder.
I kept trying to use the "R" button from Postal 2. Lewd and Lascivious Conduct of the first degree. 
I like to think it's because I went far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like multiple times.
Needless to say, when the city guard found out that somebody actually had been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like they got annoyed and locked me up.

Hmmm, probably set fire to an orphanage or something...
He just couldn't help himself when it came to magic...
I actually once made a fire spell that had a large-ish radius and I accidentally cast it inside a Mage's Guild building. Everyone caught fire.

For my character, most likely abuse of the magical archives trying to find cheatier and cheatier ways to cast super game breaking spells.
So basically, theft of library books.

I ran around cyrodill slapping random people in the face for no reason and running away giggling. By the time I escaped from prison, the world had forgotten all about me. Due to the depression that followed this realization, The cyrodill slappa Never struck again.
Considering her followup track record, probably for painting her street with blood after the local council overturned her suggestion of building the neighbourhood from red brick

I antecedently sleep in the wrong bed... But really, how would I suppose to know that it was the king bed and that the hot girl in the bed was the queen?
I like too think that my character had a dark past of assassinations and a bastard birth in what of the harshest slums imaginable who was setting up a simple life as a craftsman/hunter when agents from his dark past came too kill him after killing them(and the rest of the village for seeing him kill them).
