Not exactly replaying, but bought a used copy of Max Payne from a nearby game retailer a while ago and been playing it. My real PC is currently sitting in my folks' house and I only have my laptop here, so I'm pretty much stuck to old games right now.

EDIT: I also play the old Total War games every now and then. Goddamn classics.

Baldur's Gate. I am pretty much always playing the Baldur's Gate series cause they are awesome.

Also, Lufia 3 for Gameboy Color since they recently released a version for one of the other ones for the DS and it reminded me of 3. 3 was always my favorite since it was so amusing!
Dang beaten to it, I'm playing through Lufia 3 as well, the music in that game really stirs something in me.
I've heard the new DS ones more action adventure but I could be wrong.
Where are you at right now?

Well, I'm actually playing Alundra on the PS1 right now. Surprisingly, this isn't because I just downloaded it off the PSN (I don't own a PS3) and I'm not actually REplaying it- I bought the game MANY years ago and just never got around to playing it. It was brought to my attention recently that the game HAS in fact just been released on the PSN, so I thought what the hell, it's a great game and this is as good a time as any to finally play it. So yeah, great game.

Vampire the Maquerade: Bloodlines.

Going through a run right now with my Malkavian, I can't really play with any other character because of how hilarious the dialogue is...

Stop sign: ...

Malk: No, You stop.

Stop sign: ...

Malk: YOU STOP!

Stop sign: ...

Malk: AHHH STOP!

Stop sign: ...

Malk: You've made a powerful enemy this day, sign.
Wow, what coincidence I'm also replaying it right now.
Also I've got the wii emulator and I'm playing REmake now

I have a quite unknown one!
Noone Lives Forever
Rise of the Triad
Shadow Warrior
Ricochet
Proyect - Z

If you can match all those up, you get one(1) Non-refundable Cookie!
No one lives forever isn't unknown.
NOLF 1,2 are probably the most underrated games ever :-(

for the most part, old games is ALL im playing. mostly because I'm finding that newer games aren't satisfying enough, and by that I mean, there isn't enough re-playability. I enjoy playing old RPG's like Breath of Fire, Diablo 2, Zelda..stuff like that. Having said that though, 2011 is looking to have lots of amazing games coming, so I'm stoked.

Ah yeah, it's fucking great. It's a one of kind game. I don't really understand why vampire RPGs in an urban setting aren't made more often. you can catch it on steam but be sure to patch it with the Unofficial patch 7.2 (or if a newer version has been released).
7.2? Son of a *****, I'm only running 7.0. What's 7.2 change?

OT: Last game I played that could really be considered old is Tony Hawk's Underground.
I don't think it's anything major. Just bug fixes I think.
