(Actually, do any of you people use the GG forums under different usernames?)

Well, I just confirmed it, I'm going.![]()
Damn that sucks. We will steal you another time!Hey Joe said:Well, I won't be going.

Ouch, I know what it feels like...since I don't think i'll be going for the same reasonHey Joe said:Well, I won't be going.

Lovely, that's fine by me then. There is a little issue with my cousin's 21st, but if I leave at 5pm (the scheduled time) I can make it.Labyrinth said:If you need someone to say hello to your parents, I'm cool with doing that. Considering my age it might put them more at ease too. I won't turn up in anything too.. extravagant. Great to have you along!Lord Krunk said:Okay, my chances of making it are very good. I just have a few issues that need resolving.
Firstly, how much money will I need to bring up with me? What do you anticipate, taking into account lunch and other stuff? Also, will we be going to Pancakes on the Rocks? I love that place, and if you're going to the Bowling/Laser Tag place I'm thinking of, it won't be far away.
Secondly, there is the issue with my parents. My dad will probably turn up with me to Central Station and leave, just so he can get a good look at you guys. My parents are afraid that you guys might be the most elaborate, cunning and patient criminal organisation around, and they are pretty paranoid about me hanging around people I met on the internet. Some would say they're being protective, some would say they're being over-protective. Me? I think they've been watching Taken one too many times.
Thirdly, thanks for the offer Indigo_Dingo, I would love to come. However, I won't be able to turn up. Shame, I would have loved a beer/games night.
By the way Lab, thanks for organising this. It's a shame I missed last time, but I am anticipating this one with great... anticipation.
As mentioned in the OP, it looks like the event itself will cost about $37 each. I recommend bringing more for lunch and what not. Would be awesome to go to Pancakes On The Rocks.
With some liquid latex and a bit of creativity he could pull it off.Lord Krunk said:By the way, don't you think Indigo would make a great Splicer?
Oh, and plaster. Just in case he wants to re-enact the most awesome level from Bioshock.Labyrinth said:With some liquid latex and a bit of creativity he could pull it off.Lord Krunk said:By the way, don't you think Indigo would make a great Splicer?
Poor excuse, your family would understand that you'd rather meet a bunch of strangers you've barely spoken to.Bolverk said:Damn I'll be too far north visiting family. Next time hopefullyHave fun
