Except Boomerang actually has some damn good shows. It's where all the good Cartoon Network shows go to die. You can find Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dexter's Lab, Samurai Jack, and even old classics like Popeye and The Pink Panther on there. Admittedly, there is also a fair share of crap, but it's still a LOT better than what the official Cartoon Network has become.sketch_zeppelin said:Cartoon Network is going down the same dark road as MTV, they've started sacking off quality shows for cheaply made pop culture rip offs and there slowly starting to sneak in live action shows that are little better than web shows. they even made there own version of MTV 2, Does Boomerang ring a bell?
Most truth ever to be uttered.Aby_Z said:Took ya long enough... Cartoon Network died after Toonami died.
God I loved Gundam Wing. It's still one of my favourite anime, and every time they repeated it I had to watch it end to end.crimsonshrouds said:-snip-
It was three super-powered girls beating the crap out of everything that moved with a DnB backing track. The show was genius, and pretty violent. Hell, Toonami made most of their ads using that formula, and it always worked!Otaku-Swagga said:Power puff girls (embarrassed to admit that i liked it -__- lol)
That episode is actually available for download somehwere on the net, however, I can't remember where. I think that episode and the first are the only episodes that ever made it onto the internet.CokeColaForTheWIn said:very ironic, i missed that show, i remember the Rubix Cube episodeThyunda said:Isn't it ironic that it was called 'Whatever Happened To Robot Jones?' or something, and none of us can explain its disappearance?CokeColaForTheWIn said:Guys do you think our rage is based entirely on us growing out of cartoons? when the kids that watch these shows grow up they will probably rant about this sort of thing too.
Also Does anyone remember robot jones?

I have to respectfully disagree with you on that one. I won't be one of those people who say absolutely everything today sucks and absolutely everything back then was awesome, but I honestly stand by the belief that the ratio of good shows to bad shows was much higher back then. Toonami consisted of one segment, Cartoon Cartoons consisted of another, and Looney Toons rounded off the end. I do admit Ed Edd and Eddy and Cow and Chicken became wearing after a while, but the other shows stayed good.comadorcrack said:Hurr Durr, Everything was soo much better in my days Hurr Durr things are always going downhill Hurrrrrrrrrrrrr.
God Damn I hate people with their damn Rose tinted glasses. Cartoons Sucked as much when I was a kid as they do now. And the Good ones are just as good.
Like that Ben10 Cartoon. I watched that with my Nephew a while a go and found myself really enjoying it =).
I should really appologize for Hurring at everyone, but honestly... No, I'm sticking with it seeing as I'm getting a lot of Hurrs from people lately, I feel as though I wish to vent on this thread.
