I thought it was clear that I was talking about Christians as a majority. Who said Christians are a minority? Did I really have to say "majorities vs. minorities" as opposed to the other way around? I don't think it matters, it's common knowledge that Christians are a majority. If you were confused by my wording I suppose I'll change it.Caliostro said:

The whole point of religion is to preach love (though, admitedly, over the years the message has become quite skewed). Scientology does not do this.
It's becuase they are a majority. Minority's get all the support they could ever need, but we live in a society where the norm is usually seen as wrong.

Well, you guys were kind of responsible for the Dark Ages. And the Dark Ages was kind of responsible for the Crusades. And then both of those were kind of responsible for setting us back, technology-wise. And then when you throw in the years of Non-religious suppression by you guys (Those annoying people who show up on the doorstep, and ask you if you'd like to accept the magic of Jesus Christ into your heart), its only natural that when we get a chance to make fun of you, we do it.
