With almost anything, I would sell out my beliefs for such an opportunity.

But, I feel too passionately about this industry to do such a thing. Also, getting to the top of my job field is a bit of a moot point if my intended career is none other than video games development.

I'd slam the door in his face, ensuring it hits his nose with suitable force.

Not only do I slam the door in his face, but I make it quite clear I will fight the bill too.

I love games and the gaming industry. I'm not selling my opinions/soul for someone who is clearly out to destroy something I care about.
Agreed.

Since im in Australia...why the hell would he come here, I would slam the door in his face while laughing and realese the hounds on him. Plus I would steal his stuff so he would lose the case 100%.

Bwhaha!

A pile of vintage Gibson guitars from the '5os to the '70s and my own brewpub to own and operate and I'd do it. Short of that, probably not.

I'd agree to testify, and then when I get to court I would say in front of the entire courtroom and games do not cause violence, if anyone is to blame it is the parents.

What if my career goal is to become successful in the video-game industry of M-rated games?

Ummm, yes. I know I'd destroy an entire medium/industry at the cost of this. But fuck it, man has got to know when to swallow his pride.

Ask him to come in and give a lecture about the genre and try to change his mind. I like to think of myself as a persuasive person, and I would be delighted to prove Mr. Thompson wrong.
That, or call him a fascist asshole.

Daaaaaaamn. I'd have to choose no. If I testify against M rated games, my friends will hate me forever. In fact, most of America would hate me forever. What good is fame, wealth, and power, if everybody hates me?

Listen, son. If that wimpy-ass ************ showed up at MY door, I'd be fakin' him out, you know? Pretend to work with him, then karate-shop his ass to New Mexico and take his fucking cash. You listening, son? He'd be dead and I'd be rich. That's motherfucking natural selection, like a BEAST, son. He's the less superior BEING, and he'd be fuckin' wrecked like all the other pussy-ass wimps.

I would give him the Stone Cold Salute and then give him a Stone Cold Stunner!

He has completely attacked the gaming industry, embarassing himself countless times.

And if I sold out to him? Hell no! I would be frowned upon not just by the industry, but by my family and friends who are also gamers.

Nope. Would not take it.

$300,000,000 > Keeping M-rated video games.
Simply because video games are not what I live for, and I could probably cope without M-rated ones, particularly if I had $300,000,000.

I'd politely tell him to go fornicate with an iron pipe, and then I'd shut the door on his face. The fact that he's trying to bribe me would reduce my already non-exsistent opinion of him. But there's more to it then that. Everything he's offering is nice, but it wouldn't be genuine. I'd have it because someone handed it to me, not because I earned it. I've caused myself to lose a lot of things over the years, but my integrity is not for sale.

I would find a recorder and record his offer so that I could have him disbarred again for tampering with a witness.
