For those who might not know, this was from reddit that I found out about this ( https://www.reddit.com/r/JimSterling/comments/4xchj6/xpost_rdigiralhomicide_bad_news_the_brothers/ ). Apparently, James made some posts within a Steam community group ( http://steamcommunity.com/groups/digitalhomicides ) and told them that he's going to sue up to 18 or more people in there and will make an announcement about it in September. So yeah, it seems since he might know that he won't win the lawsuit against Sterling, he's just going after some random individuals now...
How is this man
still alive?
I recall this story been shared sometime ago, and I think Romine is just doing that to just scare any critics off, cause he has nothing to stop the critics anymore. If you remember when he filed the lawsuit he stated "that others would follow". Romine is just bluffing, really, even tho he has no better evidence on anyone that he has on Jim. Just one last gasp of hubris before Judge Tuchi gives the legal "deathblow" to his weak lawsuit.
Someone in the comment section there mention that Romine is the true definition of the term "Vexatious Litigant" and how Judges will very likely punish plaintiffs that waste the court's time and patience and abuse the system with repetitive and baseless evidence. Hell, I think the Judge, if he dismisses the case, will use that term to explain why he won't grant the trial. When he struck down Romine's attempts to altered the lawsuit on July 28th, the Judge agreed with the defense saying "Plaintiff does nothing but repeat arguments made in previous responses".
That's not a good sign for him and is worsen by the reality that the court reporter marked his affidavit to get the two dismiss response allow to be added into his last document with a stamp that says "This Document is not in proper form according to federal and/or local rules and practices and is subject to rejection by the court". You can see it marked on the top right corner of the paper https://www.unitedstatescourts.org/federal/azd/969057/32-0.html
