Ehhh, I was kinda only waiting for versus because of its combat system.(which if I remember correctly is the reason why we don't have KH3 yet)Frankly the eastern game market has greatly disappointed me with its delivery speed for games. Chief among their delays is the 6 months it took for them to bring Birth by Sleep to the rest of the world. I mean seriously, they waited until after the Japanese release to begin doing voice over work and localization for the game. The result of which was by the time it actually released here in the states much of the hype surrounding the game had died because information about everything pertaining to the game had been plastered all over the net. They essentially shot themselves in the foot and I would bet only garnered a fraction of the sales they would have had if they'd been timely about its world wide release.
They're now seeing the same thing with 13 versus, people were expecting it to be done in tandem with 13 yet as 13's release date drew closer they decided to push back the date to sometime past never. I know for certain they've already lost a sale with me because I frankly don't care anymore; especially after hearing how abysmally bad 13 was. Again, square has shot themselves in the foot but this time because they're dragging their feet on development as a whole.
I honestly can't figure out what Japan's damage is with game releases in the west but if they want to become competitive with the western market again they're going to have to stop dragging their feet when it comes to releasing games in a timely manner to all the markets and not just theirs.
