How do you fit 5 martial arts in? Seems like a bit much.

I'm in shape, I just can't run for shit. I have foot problems.

But I do row for 12.5 hours per week.

I usually do intervals around my neighborhood, like jog for awhile then sprint down a street then walk a block. I do this to stay in shape for Rugby (Best sport evah!) I also do a lot of suicides and when I can I do incline runs with a weight jacket on.

I do a bit less than 3 miles and it take me about 20 minutes, I might start doing longer distances.
im on about the same course as you mate
aiming just below 7 minute miles
Which is like the above average

im running 4 miles in about 24-27 minutes
build up your distance slowly :)
it really helps

I go for 6k runs on the treadmill at the gym every couple of days, mixed with some pilates and light weights (less weight = more reps). Haven't been to any of it for two weeks though due to an old recurring knee injury playing up again. Plus I lost my mp3 player while drunk. I hate jogging without music.

So I've been a bit of a lump these past couple of weeks, going to go down the gym tomorrow and see how much my fitness has deteriorated. I used to run like a forty five year old chain smoker, now I reckon I'll run like a one legged, seventy year old corpse.

During the summer, I go for 1 jog every single day. Length of the jogs tend to increase every now and then. Bloody love it.

Jogging, speed rope, and weights work out just fine for me. =]
What's a speed rope? I'm hearing about all kinds of new stuff today :)
Basically a super jump rope lol. Great for conditioning and working on agility. If you've ever watched any video with boxers in it, you've likely seen someone training with one.

I drum, mostly Slayer, Metallica, and various death metal bands. Nothing gets you worked up like playing Fuck Your God at maximum intensity.

After watching Zombie Land I realized I need to follow rule No. 1 Cardio. So I started jogging between the bus stop and work, about 1/2 a mile 1 way. I am in slightly better shape than I was when I started.

Urgh. I hate jogging. I have other ways to stay in shape, mostly dance but also simple exercises like pushups and pull ups and ab exercises.

I lift weights constantly, and that's about it. I need to work on my cardio and everything else because I'm actually pretty fat. Although because I life weight constantly my arms look like rocks attached to pudding.

Yeah, I started RUNNING too. (real men don't jog; they run)
And I did 3 miles a day for about a week, but apparently since I didn't really do anything before that to keep fit, my knees decided that they'd go and die, so now I can't run much.

I started jogging to build up my endurance, but a year later nothing changed so I gave up. Walking is better anyways.

I don't really jog... But I do walk 20 minutes to and from school each day... I really should exercise more than that.
