Basically a super jump rope lol. Great for conditioning and working on agility. in all honesty it really isnt that hard cause the classes are all at different times so say my jiu jitsu class is at 4 and my muay thai class is at 5:30 i go to jiu jitsu and then go home grab my muay thai stuff and go to the muay thai gym and thats mainly how i do it today i got jiu jitsu at 5:30 and taekwondo at 6:15 good thing there at the same placeLemon Of Life said:How do you fit 5 martial arts in?
