Or the third way to avoid it is to not do anything that would comprimise your account. Valve aren't corrupt, you make them seem like they're totalitarians or something
Well what do you want me to think when, despite having no stated reason for deleting my games accept, "We have no record of you owning these products." they took away TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS WORTH OF GAMES?!

No, I'm extremely bitter against Valve. Shitty games. Shitty service. Shitty company.
That's odd... I've been using Valve for three years with no issues...

So, I've just recently got myself a PC that can actually play games and now I'm left wondering what to buy.

I'm completley new to PC gaming but I want to give it a good try. I enjoy most genres, but I'm looking for longevity in any game I buy, so that's either an ability to play online, or an infintely changing campaign.

I have £50($70) to spend and I want to get 3 games, or there abouts.

So what you reccomend? What are the staples of any PC gamers library?

So far I've heard good things about CS:S, COD:4 and Starcraft 2.

I already have Rome and Empire Total War.
I would suggest Left 4 Dead 2 (add me if u get it, screen name:LeonKennedyCantDie(AshleyCan)

Just get the orange box.

The other two games are a personal choice, though I would recommend Amnesia.
