It's not funny to me. I take legitimate offense to this kind of behavior. People are fucking suffering in this world, and this asshole is installing diamond teeth.

That is an egregious display of another factor contributing to what is wrong in this world.

I concur fully, as I too am rather appalled inside. I cannot even cough up a fake laugh because Kanye truly exemplifies the antithesis of discretion or concern. There is not one thing has Kanye done that warrants this exorbitant wealth where he can literally fix diamonds into his mouth, that are probably blood diamonds no less. If we funded legitimate professionals who are trying to better the world with the money imbeciles like Kanye West get paid, we could fix a lot of problems and save countless lives. But no.
