I too kinda thought that Rhona Mitra would be a no brainer for casting Lara Croft. Although to be honest, it's probably been years since anyone has thought at all about Lara Croft and it wouldn't surprise me if Rhona instantly turned down the part.

Well, it's aimed at a teen audience, so quite frankly, all they really need is the...ahem, womanly touch...to get pubescent kids' hormones going.

It is totally fair to compare Palin to Obama, they both got where they are because of their looks, they are both completely incompetent to lead, they are both PART OF THE PROBLEM.

Uhm. Kardashian's father is Armenian, her mother is Dutch/Scottish. She's about as Indian as I am (hint: I'm not Indian). It's kind of sad how the movie industry assumes that gamers don't want quality actors/actresses in films about the games they love. The movie industry assumes that gamers just want big tits, no brains and guns.
I'd like to see a real quality movie based on a video game sometime...but I know it will never happen. The Tomb Raider movies were horrible--but then again, I didn't think the games were all that good either.
