I've only played 1, 2 and CoM but I liked em all in all. Although to this day I wonder why they took out Dodge Roll in KH2 and made it a Reaction Command. Ah well.

Oh and I can't wait for 3
there's a third? i thought they were just gonna do flashback-y games, like 358/2 Days and KH: Birth by Sleep. stuff like that. did anyone here find out how to unlock nega(heartless) Sora in KH2? i have Valor form, Magic form, Master form, and Final Form.
There are various versions on the PSP and DS but I mean an actual direct sequal and there should be, there was a trailer at the end of 2
You had to go negative 100 times then you could at will...Why you would want to is another matter

Kingdom Hearts <3
Loved 1, 2 fixed problems that were in 1, and the DS game is also fun, at day 95 or so as I write :D

Kingdom Hearts if my all time favourite game, and I've played a lot of games in my time. I think it absolutely nailed the action RPG system. It had amazing music, fluid and intuitive (most importantly FUN) gameplay, massive replayability, brilliant voice acting, a solid story which miraculously ISN'T cheesy and overall I find nothing, yes, NOTHING wrong with KH (well ok, maybe the gummi parts were a bit shit, but I liked tinkering around with them). Looking back on it, I still can't find a game as quirky and as creative as Kingdom Hearts (well, maybe Psychonauts). A game that manages to be both childish and mature has to be an achievement. I'll stop now (repress fanboyism), but seriously I love the games.

I like the first one and I thought the style of gameplay and the way they went about it was inventive.

The Second one while easier(making it no less bad) made the combat and game in general a lot for fluid and less clunky and clow it sped it up to the pace it should prob be.

Maybe for the next one they will kick it up another notch.

My thoughts exactly. Even Sephiroth was easier in II. To this day I have not beaten his Kingdom Hearts counterpart.

Finished 358/2 Days earlier this week. I must say, it was a beautifully told story. As is each game, but this one in particular. I actually felt sad at the end, which is something that almost never happens.

Getting more excited for Birth by Sleep with each day.

I liked em, I did kinda hate how the 2nd one was a lot easier. I'm also not into the whole tie in things, I played CoM on the GBA when it came out and thought it was more or less pointless.

I just wish that instead of making prequels to games or silly little tie ins about the nobodies, because to be honest I didn't care for any of them in KH2 they kinda just came out of nowhere (Why did you never even hear of them in KH1?) they're just a bunch of girly guys (mostly) that girls love to squeal over x.x

Also, I'd like to add that the FF characters didn't really play a role in the story much for 2 at all, they were just there as fan service. Sephiroth was waaaaay easier and that disapointed me.

The first one was really good. I used to have a file with everything done, and I'd do it again if I had the time. The second one's gameplay was pretty awesome, but my God, there were so many cutscenes... Not that the story was completely terrible, it was just full of itself, and didn't know when to shut up and let me play.

I think the third one will be much like Metal Gear Solid 4; decent gameplay, but the dialogue and story will probably get in the way too often. And besides, they used up most of the good Disney stories. Unless they use some Pixar, they're pretty much out of interesting worlds to explore...

I liked the Kingdom Hearts games, but they can still be improved. If they were a bit harder or strategical it might improve things, currently the gameplay seems to revolve around the idea of, "press x until everything else dies."

Well how could anything with secret movies like these not be the most awesome thing since sliced bread?

they have a pretty good combat system and they pull off the whole "action-RPG" thing pretty well. The atmosphere is kinda gay but if you're into disney I guess it would be your thing. The storyline is extremely convoluted and retarded, and it takes itself waaaaaaaaaay too seriously. there's a part in the second one where goofy gets hit on the head with a rock and it makes this huge dramatic ordeal out of it. I would say get the second one, just because it's probably dirt cheap now and the combat is fun. You won't be missing out on anything plot related because even if you've played the first one, the story makes absolutely no fucking sense anyways.

I enjoyed them both, but I never really played a RPG before that, and I must have been 12 or 13 at the time, but I am 17 now and I think I would still like to play them now.

Kingdom Hearts is the best series ever. No question and I will slit the throats of those who disagree. I write fan fiction about Sora every minute of my life and if the series ends I will kill myself
