I saw most of Dances With Wolves. It's pretty good. It's nice to see where Avatar "borrowed" some stuff from... you know, I never realized exactly how much was taken from this movie...

The last movie I saw from beginning to end was Funny People. It was very depressing, but a good movie nonetheless. I really enjoyed it and I think it's one of Apatow's best. Oh yeah, despite the title being Funny People, these guys were not funny at all. The stand up comedy was some of the worst I've ever heard in my entire life, and I've seen almost all of Dane Cook's and Jeff Dunham's stuff.

The Shawshank Redemption. Again. I love that movie.

Last film I saw at the cinemas was Sherlock Holmes, which was meh. Good acting, predictable plot, fun but not a great film.

Fellowship of the Ring

9.5/10

My inner nerd will always be upset about not including Tom Bombadil. Nothing will ever cure that.

Apocalypto. Surprisingly good.

When it was out in cinemas I thought it looked terrible but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised.

Edge of Darkness. It was okay, but I it was pretty slow at times and I got confused until about the about the halfway mark as to what was going on.

Aliens... good movie.

"They mostly come at night... mostly."

Intense with lots of E.T. gore. 9/10

I watched Control, the one about Ian Curtis, the Joy Division singer, a couple of days ago and it is really, really good. If you haven't seen it then I would definitely recommend you get it. It also rekindled my love for Joy Division.

The last 30 minutes of The Bourne Supremacy or The Hurtlocker.... or War of the Servers. Either one of those.

Saw 6, made up for the steaming pile that was Saw 5, but the series is getting tiresome, even for me, a HUGE fan.

7/10

I can give you my last 6:

2/5 - Youth in Revolt - It's okay, but I am clearly no longer the target audience.
2/5 - The Rules of Attraction - It tries to be the Pulp Fiction of college movies and fails spectacularly.
3/5 - Kids - A wake up call to the dangers of sex and youth today starring a bunch of American chavs.
2/5 - The Rescuers Down Under - I loved this movie as a kid. I hate it now. I weep for my lost childhood.
4/5 - Network - A "comedy" that is becoming increasingly true as time passes.
3/5 - Cannibal! The Musical - A musical comedy from the South Park guys before South Park. Need I say more?

Last movie I saw in theater was Avatar in 3D, a recycled story but the visuals really made up for it. It looked fantastic. Last movie I watched at home was Lucky Number Slevin, fucking amazing movie that I can watch over and over and never get bored of.
