Speaking of the mess, how about a few month skip, or even just a few weeks. I can give a reason for the villains to fall back, and I'm sure everyone else can get a nice place to rest for the next few weeks.

By the way, I would be doing more with Rachel and Alfred if someone didn't throw Alfred through a skyscraper and if someone didn't just float off to do, you know, school and all that nonsense.

"Wait, I'll come."
She reached Roxanne and walked beside her.

Dan sighed and did the usal to get back to his apartment. When he got there, he lay down on his sofa and thought about his life.

"No thanks." She said.
She followed Roxanne.

Oliver jumped back from Cirque's blow, landing a few feet away. He had gotten tired of this fight in record time, and he decided it would be better just to capture the villain. He conjured a net in his hand and walked forward. He prepared to throw it at the villain, and did as a feint. However, he stopped halfway with the net still in his hand, sending a lunging kick at where he figured Cirque would be.

Once the villain was on the ground, Oliver planned to catch him inside the net and knock him unconscious for transport to HQ.

Jess smiled.
"I like him. He's a nice guy."
