"I think you broke my ears!" Alfred yelled, barely even able to hear himself. These kids today and their rock and roll. Did I really just say that? That sounds like something my dad would say when I played my Rolling Stones to loud. He was then hit in the head with a piece of sand going at roughly mock-2. Today is the exact opposite of my day, isn't it?
Max had dozed off, he was tired of people arguing and bickering, and eventually just drifted off. He awoke to the screech of a guitar, and immediatley ducked below his chair and casually threw it in the direction of the noise.
Tef raises his hand causing the particles to float around him and then form into a condensed tube of sand. Tef makes the sand spiral around him and then lets it drop. "Deeply sorry" He says
" Wow...Way to show your strength guys. It wasn't even that bad! Bah. Anyway Galaxy is it? Who's running this little rally? "
"What! Oh, who's running this place? No idea. I thought it was the kid over there," Alfred pointed to Paragon. "But he says that we need to wait for whoever is running this to start it. Not sure who that is, just give it some time." He leaned back on the wall and hit the side of his helmet twice. "Seriously, kid, turn your damn music down. There's playing at max volume, and there's making your audience depth."
Curtis had grabbed a flier for people who supported the serum a while ago, and now he was standing outside their meeting place. He inhaled, thinking about how many heroes he would need to fight if he pissed somebody off in here.
He walked up to the door, kicked it in and walked inside, looking around for Oliver. Jason had given him a breif description, but that was no help, it was nearly four years old and Oliver could have changed by now.
"I'm looking for an Oliver Langely?" Curtis said, looking around at the crowd of people inside.
Stanley was just about fed up with all this nonsense, his Maw shot out a few feet away from Paragon, pointing at him," That guy." Stanley looked at the odd man, anticipating what would happen and retracting his Maw.
"That is the weirdest power I have ever seen..." Tef murmurs to himself as the maw retracts. He see's the shaken hunter from previously that day walk towards a shack and locks the door. Tef smirks and warps the wooden door to lock the man in. Tef sits on some stone steps and fires flat rocks into the sky.
The man in the dark suit turned back around, and half of the house was destroyed. "The hell happened here? What did you all do?" he asked the people who were against the Serum.

Snow took his time thinking of a sufficient rhyme, it took him much longer than usual. "I wish I could control fire, it is my hearts one desire. I ended up with control over ice, which is still fairly nice. I convert ice out of the water, which I can then use for slaughter." he then moved his hand to his side as a large spear crystalline spear started forming from his hands down. The spear shone through, made out of pure ice, with a sharp tip at the end, enough to almost dint the ground from the gravity upon it.
"This is my power, it makes men cower" He said, trying not to sound that much like an idiot. He then dropped the beautiful lance straight into the ground, watching it shatter, 'No matter, I can re make it if I need to' he thought as he glanced back around at the new groups coming in, he thought against saying anything, since they all seemed to be catching up with each other.

The man with the surgical mask turned around, seeing a lot more people in here than he remembered, "Good, we can now start" he clapped his hands and a few more doctors came from the other room and walked in, all holding a syringe with a glowing green substance, the Serum.
"This is a question for all the Hero's here. If you see someone doing something evil, would you mind hitting them with some of this? It will show the use of it and to save many peoples lives..."

Um oh yeah, these don't really get rid of their powers indefinitely" The man commented, he started to pace back and forth, "This is a weak and diluted form, so it can only temporarily get rid of their powers. You need to use it, then bring that villain to the nearby jail. This should be enough to get rid of their powers and then knock them out."
He stopped walking as each person was presented with a syringe, "Take it if you will, we await your return." he then bowed, and turned his back, walking out through a door.
<spoiler=The Serum>Yeah, go create your own fight. Find some villain somewhere, kick their arse, use the Serum on them, bring them to the jail.

Dexter looked at the syringe, then grinned. "Looks like Amplifier's pumping more than heavy metal now." He pocketed it. "Hey, Beat Queen. I think we might make a good team, wanna come with me?"
She ran up and grabbed the syringe.
'Nah thanks, I'll go solo today! Be back in no time!'
She did the peace sign and ran off to go find a villain.

Snow grabbed the Serum, holding it in his hands. As he grabbed it, it froze over almost instantly. "Oh my, that can't be good, I must decline, I hope that's understood.", he placed the serum back into the doctors hands, it turned back to a liquid. The Ice using freak turned towards Dexter, "I could still fight with you though, I would like it if you allowed me to go" then sent a smile towards him, "I can teach you better control over you ice power, it shouldn't take long, maybe an hour" he said, commenting on the fact that he had froze the phone earlier.
