Tom raised his eyebrow. "Don't know exactly what happened here. Might have been them testing powers out or something."
Snow held the bridge of his nose, "That was bad, I can't think of much worse, that was just as bad as this verse" he rhymed as he ran outside the building following Dexter. He hoped that they found an at least exciting fight, since he did not have the serum, he wanted to have some fun.

Well, my laptop is getting kinda low on batteries, so just in case I run out (or fall asleep, it's 2:30 AM here), you do it.

"Well... The only way to really stop the Serum, is to prove it doesn't work well, or ruins people lives. So unless one of you is willing to lose your powers, then sue for damages, we need to go for a back up plan."
He pulled out a small vial of clear liquid. "This is a theoretical counter measure of the Serum. We have not yet tested it in practise yet, but in theory, it should stop its effects. If you can, drink some of this, then cause a disturbance, and try and resist the Serum." He took a few steps back from them, hoping that none of them try to attack him for his suggestions.

Snow ran out, enjoying the fresh air and small amount of wind upon his skin. He ran as fast as he could, which was a reasonable pace, but still wasn't that fast when compared to most other Super Powered people, since most of them had powers to help with speed.
He began to form a long pole out of ice in his hands, which he slammed into a pot hole, to use it like a pole vault. As he sailed through the air, he turned himself into a near by under constructed building. It was not even close to being built, only having girders and a few walls and floors put up in odd places, leaving many gaps. "This seems like a good place to wait, come and sit next to me mate." he commented as he perched himself on one of the girders. As he started to look out for trouble, and began to chew on the tip of his thumb, a habit he probably should have grown out of, but had not.

A group had risen up in the last 4 years, they were against the Serum, saying it went against the "Hero's Rights". Almost all people with super powers objected to this, stating that they were in fact still human, just slightly mutated. But the activists were adamant about this, they were saying it was for their benefit, it is amazing no-one has attacked them yet... At least seriously attacked them.

The man had a devilish grin spread across his face. "Since you lack powers, but can still fight... I'll send a news crew with you, showing that the Serum is a useless piece of trash. Al you need to do is fight, showing that the Serum is a bad thing and helps no-one."
Tom nodded.
"Oh yes. I can do that. Tell your crew to meet me in the center of the city. I'm going to prove that The serum isnt good.

"I can do that" The man in the black suit said a she pulled out his phone and began to call the press. "Oh My God. There are Hero's fighting near the statue, I am afraid they might break it!" he called out, trying to sound shocked and in disbelief, it sounded comical.
He hung up the phone and laughed to himself, "You better get down to the Statue of Omnisure. The press will be there soon."

Tom nodded, before heading out of the house. He headed down the street, drawing up his hoody over his head. The templars mask would be the catylist for change. He'd have to done the evil of the suit, the armor, to change the way people viewed heroes. The serum was the beginning of a fascist like control. The templar would become the evil that showed that the serum didnt work. Tom didn't like this method, but he had run out of options.
In a second, the suit was over him, and he was flying to the city.

Beat looked down to check for crime. She saw someone with lightning coming out of his hands and aiming it at a bank.
'Gotcha.'
She jumped down making sure to send a wave out of her feat when she started going to fast downward.
'Hay you!'
The man turned, his eyes were blue and sparks were coming out of his hands. He was in a tuxedo.
'Awww, look who's come to play hero!'
She sent a strong wave at him smashing him through the glass into the bank. He got up.
'ARG!'
She used the wave to propel herself forwards and when she was close she punched him, making a wave come out of her fists when she did sending him into a wall.
'MY TURN!'
He sent a lighting bolt directly to her and she sent a wave back, dissipating them both.
'What?'
She ran forward and pulled the syringe out, jumped on him and started violently stabbing him in the neck.
'Crazy!'
She stuck it in for good and emptied the serum in.
'Call the police to take him away, forget an ambulance.'
She headed back to the rally.

As he fell down, he converted some ice to make a slide, "Ice make slide, make me glide" he yelled out as he slid down the slippery slope of the ice.
He kept extended out the ice pathway as he slid along the ground, keeping his speed fairly fast.
The snow creating man eventually made it near the statue of Omnisure. Omnisure was one of the first people to find out about the Power X genome, he is known as the founding father of All Super Hero's and Super Villains. This Island was named after him, and is meant to be a place where people with super powers can live and be without judgement... It didn't work quite as planned.
Snow stopped his slide but couldn't really stop his momentum, so he had to run a few metres to slow down. After he had stopped, he created a sword out of his ice, and hardened it so it wouldn't melt under fire, or at least would have a hard time being melted. "Please tell me, are you bad? Cause that would make me really mad? If you are one of them, it looks like I have to condemn." he finished his rhyme and steadied his sword, holding it in place, ready to attack.

Tom looked at the snow man. "Bad? No, i'm The templar, I'm for freedom. You seem to think i am the bad one, No, i'm the good one here, your a sheep."
Curtis walked past the others who were evidently in a big hurry, grabbing a syringe and shoving it into his pocket. He then turned back to face Oliver.
"I have a message for you." Curtis said bluntly, waiting for Oliver's response.
