Memoir was standing right behind Xandus when he closed the door. He smirked evilly "Hello." Memoir's clothes were a dull yellow, and his eyes were bloodshot but still light-blue.

"Memoir. That is what most of my..." He paused for a second looking for the proper word. "...Friends call me." His left eye flickered out of existance briefly leaving a glowing red ball in an empty pitch-black shell. He neglected to mention that he had once again ditched his "Friends" in his lust driven quest for power.
Memoir gasped and took a step back in mock-offense "Freak? How could you? I prefer thought entity." His smile lessened into a frown. "But yes I am in theory a freak. In practice...I make everyone else look normal."
Memoir's smile completely faded away. "That was not nice. As for what I'm doing... Idunno" He shrugged. "And as for Rachel... Let's just say I'm a friend of Jason's." He smiled happily at Xandus. "I don't believe you ever introduced yourself."
Rachel was a little startled when Jean opened the door, but she thought for a moment. "I don't know him, but I don't know everyone Jason does." She grabbed her sword and exited the room. She looked at the man. "Nope, don't know you." She hoped that he being in the armor would deter the man from doing anything violent, but she was ready just in case. Who the hell is this guy...
Memoir's eye flickered again. His voice lowered to a barely audible whisper.

Jason had been concealed in a corner of the room while everyone was moving about his base, but when Memoir showed up Jason knew exactly who he was and where Jason remembered him from. Jason walked over to the others and sighed.
"Memoir, do we really need to finish up our battle from before? You know I have an attack that can harm you, but I would really prefer to keep things peaceful for now. Tell me why your here." Jason said, waiting to see if anyone had known he was there for a while now.
Gaz fell to the ground hard, but had already decided on how to counter. Once he hit the ground he swung his free leg into Garret's exposed knee, knocking him to the ground. Once free, he crawled over and jumped onto Garret, aiming his elbow at the villain's throat.

Memoir smiled mildly "I'm bored. Karen's off being some goody-goody two-shoes which... let me tell you is absolutely no fun to be around." He sighed and shrugged. "But... Jason... Don't think you're the only one who can master special techniques."
The garret twisted away but still go the wind knocked out of him. He turned around and drew his wakazashi as he withdrew from close quarters and took on a defensive stance. [hr]
"Thank you I suppose, for not killing anyone" Kor said as he gave a weak laugh. "Once these two stop fighting the fighting will be over for a bit, unless you plan on attacking the base again"

"I didn't say that now did I? But since you said you came here with peace in mind, then I suppose neither of us need to use our powers do we?" Jason asked, walking past Memoir into the room with Rachel and Xandus.
"So how did you manage to survive?" Jason asked casually before turning to Xandus to answer his question, "No... not my battle anyway. Last I saw, Garret had routed Oliver's forces and drove them from the field. I believe Garret gave chase, but I can't be certain about that."
Gaz quickly scrambled to his feet, rolling behind a tree and out of sight, only to come back out with Garret's katana in his hands. He charged the blade with electricity and rushed forward, making a single swipe at Garret's stomach.

Sighing in irritation, Renegade stepped out from the shadows. "I don't know how these new kids keep spotting people that nobody else can, but it's getting on my nerves."
