"We now have a large strong point, get used to alpine air, we are going to be up in these foothills for awhile. We have also strongly weakened the rat pack" Kor said as he handed the baby back to Roxanne. "Garret has been gone for awhile" He murmured as he started walking towards the forest.

"He may just be taking some time praying, or he is being attacked, so I think you and clare should stay here" Kor said as he turned into a dog and bounded into the forest. He walked to the shrine and cocked his head Two sets of footsteps, and ugh what is that smell Kor followed the scent to the end of the meadow where Gaz and garret were dueling. He sat on his haunches and waited

Gaz muttered something under his breath about "baby-killer", but otherwise remained silent as he charged into melee range. He realized that Garret was probably far more skilled at hand-to-hand combat, but 25 years of super-heroics had taught him that it was rather simple to get past the more elaborate styles. He threw a forceful roundhouse kick towards Garret's side, spinning on his other heel to speed up the impact.

As Kor watched, a vaguely familiar voice whispered to him from the shadows, though quite where he couldn't tell. "You're not going to help your father?"

Garret grabbed the leg and pulled Gaz towards him while throwing him downwards in a defensive stance.

"No renegade, not now, I have a family besides him to worry about" Kor said towards the general direction of the voice. "Anyways it would be dishonorable to interfere with his personal battle if he is not going to die."

Rachel put her sword back as Dan left. "Thanks, Jean, but if you ever call me dear again, I will hurt you." She said, a slight laugh escaping afterwords. She turned back around to her work. "Anyway, as I was saying, I'm going to check out any logs on this thing before we get any further." She said a little cheerfully.

Dan sighed,
"Come on Jess!"
He turned and looked at David.
"So how are we getting into the stream?"

"I'm gonna take you guys under ground and enter from there. It shouldn't hurt that way."

"Cool. Does it look any different?"

"Nope. Just ordinary soil."
David put a hand on Dan's shoulder and Jess's shoulder and slowly sunk down.

Something's going to go wrong...
At that moment, Davids hand slipped down onto Dan's wrist and their powers changed.

"SHIT!"
Luckily David had let go of Jess in time, but they were still going towards the stream. David quickly let go and stayed dead still. He couldn't move through the ground.

I KNEW IT!
The sudden change in power was disorientating and Dan was sucked into the stream. The stream swept him away.

David throught for a moment. How would he get out? And normally, when a stream was used, it would move.
London's huge! It'll take forever for Dan to get back! And I can't go and get him with his power. But how do I get out of here?
He thought for about ten minutes before he had an idea. He suddenly exploded in a dome of gravity, making a large crator around him, also blowing Jess away. He fell onto his back and stared up into the sky.
"Ow..."
He rolled over and clambered to his feet, imidietly running to Jess. He grabbed her wrist and looked her in the eye.
"Jess?"
