Nova sighed, but let the flames envelope him once again, and when he emerged from the flames he was Jason. Jason nodded, looking down at the mask he held in his hand before it suddenly disappeared in a sudden burst of black flame. Jason couldn't recall exactly what had happened, not since the battle had begun, and he now looked around at the corpses around him.

"What happened?" Jason asked Oliver.

Rachel looked shocked once Nova was done talking and Jason came back. "Oliver, I... I won't hurt him. If, that is, he wasn't just lying." She said, watching as Jason turned back. If what he said was true... then I don't know what. I tried to kill him. She looked down at the ground, ashamed at how she had reacted. I... I hope he doesn't hate me now...

"Rachel! Your okay!" Jason shouted out in surprise, rushing over to her and hugging her. He had tried looking for her back at Minus' mansion, but Minus had told him that she was no longer there. Since then, Jason hadn't had time to look for her, what with finding his new power and fighting off Minus' minions.

"Nova took over again." Oliver told Jason. "You'll have to fix that." After hearing the assurances of Rachel, he let her down as well, but remained wary should either of them turn hostile. "We beat Minus back, but he took Magus with him. I have a plan, though. Gather everyone you can, and we'll all meet up in the HQ's command room. I'll explain everything there."

Minus looked around, he couldn't see anyone else to take right now, so he sighed and grabbed Magus, "Lets go" he ordered as one last orb was used and they were back in the mansion.

As they appeared there, Jean walked over to them and asked a question. "Not quite sure if you realised but you all got your arse handed to you by Oliver" he answered, "Next time, I'm joining in"

Anyone want to be told the plan so their character can come up with it? Preferably not me and not CJ.

Rachel hugged Jason back, relieved that he wasn't angry. "Yes, I'm okay." She said, resting her head on Jason's shoulder. He... he doesn't hate me... She stood there for a moment before letting go of Jason. "Come on, let's head back to base. We need to get home, and that means kicking Minus's ass." She reached down and grabbed Jason's hand and left a hand on his shoulder, signaling for them to start moving.

Umbra barely dodged the fireball Magus shot. What... Seriously, Magus, there's a thing called 'overacting'. But he seemed sincere; could something have happened to him? Deciding to reflect on Magus's plan and his actions later, Umbra walked back toward the others. On the way, she was surprised to see Alex, lying on the ground next to a dragon model. "And here you thought your power had no combat application," Umbra commented, looking to make sure Alex wasn't wounded. "It's good to see that you're alright though, Alex." Umbra offered Alex a hand up.

Magus rushed at Umbra thrusting the sharp end of his staff directly at her mid-section.

Dren looked at Magus and grinned. "I could solidify his loyalty, make sure those... choice emotions are more prominent.

Hivemind staggered over to Oliver. "How're things on you're front, sir..."
He fell down to his knees and shivered. The nano-bots were rebuilding his bones but it was excruciating. He then nodded to him and grinned. "Not so good on mine 'fraid."

"Fucking pentogram or paragram or oregon, whatever the hell that guys name, i wants to burn out his eyes and then feed him slowly to my smoke. That guys is gonna pay, what is he a fucking god? The hell, we would completely DOMINATE if he was on our side." Julio snorted, "Like THAT would ever happen." Julio took a ball of smoke and through it at a wall, the wall dissipated leaving a hole about 4x4 feet with charred edges, "Uh sorry about that." Julio prominently walked out of the mansion through a hall and started flying around a bit at speeds close to 100 mph, making spins around the mansion.

"Well, I have two actually," Umbra said, hoping she'd get used to saying that and using both. "The first is simple - I can boost my physical performance depending on the presence of... shadow, essentially. And the second-" She stopped, sighing. "I know it's stupid," she commented, looking away. "but it's..." Umbra shook her head slightly. I need to be upfront about this... Especially given who I'm talking to. "W-well, just look." Umbra brought up her right hand, closing it. Darkness spiraled; when she reopened her hand, a small black cylinder was formed - smoking, but uniform. Huh, better...

Oliver was a bit blind-sided by the bluntness and strange delivery of Alex's revelation. "Uh... no." He said. He pointed to the HQ. "Get to the command center. Once everyone's there I'll explain everything."

Hivemind cracked his neck. "Still charging? Freaky. Tho' I'm not complaining. Seems like this place has some major excess energy distribution problems..." He looked around the room for someone to talk to. He lit up a cigarette. "Guess I'll just wait here..."
