Hivemind gave Ana an honest grin. "Yes, I do think you two are." While he said this he ran an internal diagnostic on his elbow to which he mumbled quietly "Overall 99% fixed. The one percent was previous battle damage." His tone was a tad robotic a slightly unnerving. His voice reverted to normal "Yeah, I'm pretty sure it'll be fine." He realized the kid named Alex had said his name "Did you say my name?"
Hivemind thought for a second searching his mind for someone named Jenny "'Fraid I'm not sure who you're talking about. I'm not exactly the best at remembering names." He laughed awkwardly, but still extended his hand to shake Alex's hand. "As you can guess I'm Abhaya Hal-Menon or Hivemind if you haven't guessed."
Hivemind laughed at Alex's comment "No problem. I get that alot. It's indian so I don't expect people to recognize it. And as for you're other comment. I'll take it that you're either bi-sexual or a hermaphrodite then." He laughed and smiled. "I'm just kidding. You don't have to answer, Lil' missy. I don't judge. That shit ain't cool." He placed his hands on his head and cracked his neck. It was a rather sickening sound. "Ah. Sorry about that."
Magus took note of Shadow's apparent fear of heights for future reference. Even though he knew that she was probably trying to manipulate him he found himself intrigued. Shadow's warm touch helped as well.
"Don't worry, I won't get in your way. But if you'd like some help with that, let me know."
Magus placed a hand on Shadow's mid-section.
"No need for you to go anywhere just yet..." Magus muttered an incantation, his hand glowed a dark green. The blood flew off of Shadow's body and formed into a floating sphere of blood hovering above Magus's and Shadow's heads.
"Better?"
"Don't worry, I won't get in your way. But if you'd like some help with that, let me know."
Magus placed a hand on Shadow's mid-section.

Ana smiled and blushed as Ashe approached. "Ashe..." Abhaya moved to speak with Alex.
"I'm fine..." Ana moved closer to Ashe, hoping that he wouldn't shy away again. "What are we going to do now?" Ana tried not to look concerned.
"Um Ashe...about before...?"

Shadow genuinely smiled. "You want to help me? I would appreciate that, but I want to kill her myself..."
Shadow was amazed when Magus drew the blood out of her clothes and hair and away from her skin. She looked with wonder at the sphere of blood above her.
"Hmm, I think this is the start of a magnificent alliance." She was immediately excited. She would ask him to allow her to learn his power perhaps, or ask if she could taste his energy. His life source would be dense with magic, obviously...
"So, why have you brought me up here?"
"I'm fine..." Ana moved closer to Ashe, hoping that he wouldn't shy away again. "What are we going to do now?" Ana tried not to look concerned.
"Um Ashe...about before...?"

Sorry for the lack of posts, I was out of town...
Umbra had taken a while longer to get ready than she'd liked; after all, she had to sort through and see which of her future self's possessions would fit her current self. Regardless, Umbra had managed to prepare everything and began returning to the others, stopping at the door of one of the rooms where a large number of the Renegades had gathered. She ended up behind someone* then said,"Sorry for being late, I had a few equipment issues."
Anyone really, Umbra just likes popping in stealthily and startling people.
Go ahead and startle Magus and Shadow
"I understand. Killing her is something you need to do. Well... when the time comes, I'll just make sure you aren't disturbed." Magus looked around at the city below them.
"Why did I bring you here? Hmm... Aside from taking in the view... I keep getting the feeling that I'm being followed. Coming up here should make it difficult for whoever it is to sneak up on me."

It's no fun when they don't jump in surprise...Umbra noted, disappointed with Alex's reaction. Umbra was about to ask about Alex's mission when she noted Alex looked out of it somehow. Huh, that's weird... Is Alex daydreaming or something?

He had spent weeks hunting his prey down. Pursuing her from city to city. She was a master thief with some minor teleportation abilities, which made her the kind of challenge that Magus prized.

Considering that you haven't made a mind link with Alex, you shouldn't be allowed to join his thoughts... Or do anything considering you guys aren't near each other...
Also, Doctor, you do realise you just left Shadow on a rooftop right? Like where she can't get down from? Not very nice doing that...
And Avoulenace, yeah, remembering something that didn't happen? Either you are day dreaming or having some sort of seizure, either one...
And if you are really doing something like this, don't take too long, having two people off doing there own thing, while Magus and Shadow and supposed to be helping take over a country, and Alex should be off helping them find a way back to their time... You have a habit of this don't you avouleance?
