These guys aren't very cautious. I would be saying, 'how did you get in', 'why are you here?', things like that. But they're not bad.
Lewis ignored everyone's speech and looked at the guy in the dark armour.
I could get his mask away from him. But I doubt it's safe to get close to him.
"Where did you come from?" Lewis question him, pacing from left to right.
A small piece of meal entered his hand, which he shaped into a thick sword.

Ana made sure she felt powerful in herself before she spoke, and she began to let her new found power swell in the palms of her hands.
"Why don't you let us ask the questions? You turn up here out of no where and suddenly you are the one controlling the situation?" Ana felt Ashe tense behind her. "I'm all for meeting new people, but considering the people we've met lately, I think we have every right to do the questioning... Wouldn't you agree?" Ana aimed this last question at Hellion, trying to gain his support, considering that the new mans questions were aimed at him.
Ana felt as if all eyes were on her. It was the first time she had spoken up in a long time.

"I suppose this is fair. But it was only a question in the end."
She is the one. She is the one who really should be in charge. Clever.
He looked around a bit, before looking back at Ana.
"You are wise. Before I answer anyone's questions, may I ask, who is the leader here?"
If she's clever, she'll lie. This is a test of mind.
He nearly smiled under his hood.

"Their leader is dead."

Hellion gave a moment for the Renegades to let the revelation sink in. He knew from past experience they were a moody group, and would quickly turn on him if he was not careful. "Paragon died fighting Minus so the rest of you could have the time to get back to the past. I do not know who they have chosen as their de facto leader, though I would assume it is the young girl here." He looked at Ana, only a single open eye visible under his concealing mask.

"But I feel that tensions are high. If you have something to ask of me, then ask; and I shall answer to the very best of my ability."

hmmm...
Lewis looked at Hellion.
This one too...
"My friend," he began turning towards him, "Are you with this group of individuals?"
it's all down to psychology. Something I happen to be fairly talented with.

"My friend, are you with this group of individuals?"

Hellion made a small huff in his head. This one was trying to get information out of him. If he believes that I'm that easy to fool, he is in for a sore surprise.

"If you had any good reason to know that, friend, you would already." said the masked man.

"How long ago did he die? Is Minus coming for us again?" asked one of the Renegades, a young individual named Alex.

"It's been several hours now, but I cannot say for sure if Minus has tracked you down yet. I believe he had several minions chasing you. In fact, I brought one of them back for you. Cameron, could you come in here please?"

Lewis halted at the word 'minions'. He was one of them. But he didn't lose his cool.
"Ah, now what if I have a reason to know, but I reason I would rather not tell at the moment. And while you may be thinking that I just admitted to being on the opposing side of this group, you would be correct. However, this may change."
Lewis had just admitted to hunting the renegades. He wasn't worried. He knew that if he was attacked, he would flash out of there and he still needed to test the group.

Hellion watched the other blatantly evil man present flounder about in an attempt to avoid retribution for revealing his allegiance. Hellion considered roasting him on the spot, but his caution urged him to take a more practical option. His fist flared with a roaring blue fire. "So you work for the enemy, then? Then I suppose I get to be the one to kill you. Consider this a personal favor, and proof of my motives, Renegades."

Before he struck, a small electronic voice shouted into the ears of Lewis.

HI! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE -- AND MAKE A PROFIT! -- TAKE THE PUNCH, AND LET MY MASTER HANDLE THE REST!

Hellion drew back his fist, and came forward with a seemingly vicious punch to the face of the villain.

Cameron walked inside a small anger boiling in his chest from being called a minion. " I am no minion" Dren's voice said as it erupted from Cameron unexpectedly. "Yeah, what he said" Cameron said, embarrassed by the outburst

Lewis considered it. Rather than take the punch, he waited for the fist to reach him and then flashed backwards to the wall behind him. With a fake scream.
I'm not doing this for his reasons. I don't need to make any enemies yet.

"Not, you, Cameron. I've already had this discussion with your roommate, but if you'll excuse me there's murder to be done." He charged at Lewis, and tackled him, throwing him out a doorway and chasing him. A flurry of faux punches and kicks rocked the other villain's body, Hellion admiring the show his "enemy" was putting on. As they got around a corner, Hellion ducked into a corner and used a burning fist to melt a hole into the floor. He jumped in, dragging Lewis along with him. He took a moment to look around before explaining himself.

"A small set of maintenance tunnels underneath the building we're in. Enough to keep us away from prying eyes. Now, if you're going to make a statement as bold as juggling your own alignment, I can assume you're not too dedicated to Minus' grand scheme, correct? What if I told you that making that fateful switch would not only net you great reward, it could very well save your life?"

Cameron shot a ball of bright fire into the room to blind and disorient those in it and jumped down after hellion. He quickly drew his sword and watched the hole.

Ana shook her head and pinched the bridge of her nose. "We'll never get anywhere if people keep going there own way... It would have been better if we could have spoken to Lewis as a group... I doubt that we'll get any information out of him if we approach the situation with violence and wreckless statements..." Ana sighed, aiming her statement at those around her. She looked at Ashe. "Well I guess we wait for them to come back then..."

Rachel froze when she heard the Oliver had died fighting Minus. She had known him for over ten years now, and she couldn't think of him being dead, but now he was. She lowered her gun and let it fall to the ground. "He's... he's dead. Are you sure he's dead? And... and did someone name Jason die with him? He used fire. He might have been a dragon at the time." She said meekly. She looked at the second intruder, not angrily or questioningly, but staring at him, waiting. She ignored the fighting going on and waited. She couldn't believe that the person she had known for so long, even if he was trying to kill her, and her kill him, for most of it, she couldn't imagine him gone.

Lewis didn't want to make any enemies. He just wanted to investigate the future. he would need to play as a double agent, but he wouldn't pick a sure side.
"Ok, tell me what you have in mind."

I'll need to go back up and find them.

"Allow me to let you in on a little secret, stranger; as grand as Minus thinks himself to be, he is no grand strategist. Even in his most desperate of moments, all he could manage was to throw out his agents blindly to track down the Renegades. And the only two ones that have found them are Dren, who is currently out of the picture, and you. That tells me you're more than meets the eye."

Hellion began to move off to the left a bit, moving as the topic he spoke of shifted.

"Minus is going to lose this war; he has the military advantage, but the moment the Renegades have gone back in time, he -- and everyone else in this timeline -- will be wiped from existence. You most certainly do not want that happening to you. I have a solution to this problem, obviously. What you must do, is side with the Renegades. I will put in a good word for you, and allow you to travel with them, and go back in time, thus avoiding the disaster. You can even keep spying for Minus if it pleases you. All I ask is one favor in return for assisting you: when the time comes, you must make sure that Minus is alone, so that I may kill him."

Aidos looked at what happened. "The hell?" he said to himself as the disappeared into his floor. Alex snapped him out of his trance. "What I am saying is, If I go back in time, I create a parallel universe, in which it will most likely crash into another time stream, killing us all." he explained to the remaining group. "If I wanted to, I could go back and change everything, but it just isn't that easy." he continued with the white orbs in his palms, ready to do anything at the slightest violent move.

Ashe sighed, Ana was right. "This is lame..." he said to her. He threw a few blades into a wall, and walked over to them. A white circle appeared around, and he slammed his hand into the base of the knife. The second it hit, the knife suddenly became bright, illuminating the room. "Now no more creeps can hide" he said as he walked back over to Ana. "Well, now seems like as good a time as any, what did you want to say to me?" he asked.
