"Um.. Okay then?" Ashe asked, confused over what she would say. "I would move us into the wall, but I can't" he tried to joke. He clapped his hands together, "So... Aidos, is there anything we can do to convince you to go back in time to change history?" he asked the disgruntled midget.

"If you give me a few days protection so I can charge it up and help me not screw over time and I might" he offered, "Though it will be difficult..." he offered.

"Can you distract Minus for three days? Your leader couldn't even for an hour." Aidos responded. "Hiding me would probably be the best plan." he stated solemnly, "You don't look like the best 'Not go out and kill everything in our way group', but this is most likely the best option."

"And hiding won't be easy, doing this for long jumps requires lot's of energy, and we will need to jump a lot too, to fix all the mistakes and to stop time from crashing into each other." he explained, "That is the hardest part, killing Minus now would be on the same level."

Hivemind heard Ana say "Ashe, I think it should wait until we are umm... alone..." He muttered irratatedly "No, you aren't. And before you ask I've been here." He cocked his pistol and looked down at Aidos. "I'll help you with anything within reason."

It looked as if lewis now had a reason to fight in this war.
"Ok, I accept your offer. I'll open a path for you to Minus." Lewis said.
This guy seems genuine.
"I thank you for this." Lewis said.
He stood straightly and examined his surroundings.
I doubt it's wise to go back there now. Or is it a good time?
He thought for a moment.
"You should take me back there and tell them you've convinced me to help them. I'm not spying for Minus...
I just want to try and fight for what is right."

"Fantastic." Hellion said, clapping his hands together, and bowing to his new ally. "Your motives are commendable; now comes the most difficult part. Let us head back and inform the others." The oddly helpful villain turned and walked back to the hole, nodding at Cameron to follow and leaped up back into the main section of the building. Not a minute later and he was back with the others. He panted heavily, to ensure them that the old man had worked vigorously to earn their loyalty.

"Well, that was no easy task. However, I can proudly say that I did not have to kill him. Rather, we have gained another ally against Minus. At this point he feigned the realization that he was panting and hunched over; he corrected his stance and cleared his throat. "I am terribly sorry for that interruption. Please, remind me what we were discussing up until that point?"

Jason walked towards Oliver's suit, and knelt down beside it, making sure that Minus and his goons were well out of the way before going down to kneel beside what was left of Oliver's suit. Jason sighed and put his head in his hand, shaking his head, still unable to believe that Oliver had died by Minus who Jason had been ready to come and fight alone too.

"Why you damn fool? Why did you come here alone you damn fool? I tried to help, but you didn't let me... what am I supposed to tell your wife and kids you bastard?" Jason asked, his voice shaking slightly.

A small chip of the suit lit up, in response to Jason's voice. A garbled sound played, a message of some sort. A moment later, it played again, the voice recognizably Oliver's. But it was still unintelligible. A third time, it played slowly enough for Jason to understand it.

"Take this back to the base. Run it, and follow the leads."

Lewis leaped back up through the whole and went back to the main room to observe. He didn't say anything, assuming that Hellion had passed on the message.
I need to fight for what is right here, but I'm not sure of the outcome. That plan of his better work.

Jason was surprised at first to hear Oliver's voice, but didn't let that stop him from taking the chip from the suit and standing up. He wished to bury his friend, but knew he didn't have the time for it right now. He said a rushed farewell before taking off into the sky, a cloud of dust blowing into the air with his sudden takeoff.

Jason flew for quite some time before finally landing outside of The Renegades headquarters, pushing open the doors to see that everyone else was gone. Jason ignored the lonely feeling that was given by the base, and instead hurried to Oliver's room to activate the chip.

Inside the ruined remains of Oliver's room, a single terminal flickered to life, awaiting the delivery. Once the chip was inside an array of lights shot off of the screen, dancing in the air around it. The light condensed, and an image appeared of Oliver. The image nodded curtly and waved its hand, bringing up a map. It focused on a city not far from their current location, in relation to the world.

"Tracking..." the image said, in a robotic mimickery of Oliver's voice. The image zoomed in further, to a specific building. "According to DNA tracking of Renegades Ashe, Alex, and Cameron, the group is focused in this building. Directions and coordinates have been downloaded to the pad on the surface of the terminal. Please remove the pad when you are prepared to leave. Do you have any questions, Jason?"

"None that can be answered at this point in time, but I will find a reason for what you did Oliver." Jason sighed, grabbing the pad and putting it into his pocket. He began to walk slowly out of the building, making sure that nobody could see him. As far as he knew, everyone that knew he was still alive had died back in Bright Grove, and that was the way Jason would keep it for now.

Until of course I can no longer keep that charade, I will use death as a necessary tool to keep myself in the shadows... Jason thought to himself, waiting until he was outside of the city limits to unfold his wings and begin his flight towards the Renegades location.

Rachel looked at Hellion again. "You... you didn't answer me. Did someone else die there. His name was... was Jason. He used fire, might have been a dragon." She said, still using a very light and meek voice. Oh my god, what if he's dead. He... he can't be, though. He's tough. He's strong. He would run. He has me to think about, right? He wouldn't go and die, would he? But that would be just like him, to fight until eh either died or won... oh god, oh god, oh god...

"Oh, terribly sorry about that, Rachel." Hellion bowed his head a bit in a sort of mourning gesture. "I'm afraid that Jason... actually, wait." He reached down to his belt and pulled off a small tab, which he lifted up and eyed closely. "No... no, actually his light's still green." He put the tab away and lifted his head. "Jason is fine. But, I do not know where he is right now. Though if I know Oliver, he's probably pointed him in our direction. Now then, anything else before we move on? You'll probably want to get to work on preparing this journey before Minus catches on."

Lewis slowly turned to look at Alex.
"Everyone is useful in their own way. Worrying about being worthless is what makes you a waste of time."
She may turn out to be a liability if she thinks like that.

"Well, Alex, if you ask me that would make you a fantastic spy. Heroes, in my own experience, tend to be rather incapable of stealth. You happen to be given the gift of the chance to try again and again until you get it right. I believe that the nature of one's powers is irrelevant; all that truly matters is whether you can use them creatively. Tell me, what situations can you think of, where the risk of death is not even above a minor annoyance?"
