Lookin for a good RTS game

Can't think of any to recommend. Haven't ever played one I didn't get bored with after an hour.

Total Annihilation! It's old, but it still rivals todays big RTS's.

I loved Total Annihilation... and a few years back I started playing a clone of it, based on the Spring engine. Open source is good

I have to say that while I do dislike the original Company of Heroes, I still play it a lot because my friend directed me to the Blitzkrieg mod and I suggest you check it out if you thought the original game was good but missing something.

Age of Empires 2: Age of Kings and the Conquerers expansion pack (both are sold together)

Probably one of the best RTS games out there even it if it is a bit Graphically lacking.

I agree, it is probably one of the best games I've ever played, even if on modern systems the graphics may be a bit weird (like multi colored grass and water).

Sins of a Solar Empire: Epic Space battles of awesomeness. Damned hard though, haven't won a battle yet... Maybe I just suck at rts's...

Lord of the Rings, Battle for Middle Earth 2: FUN game, fairly simple rts that even people who don't like Lord of the Rings could enjoy.(But everyone likes Lotr, and if you don't, you will be purged from humanity.)

Star Wars Empire at War: Epic space battles that are very simple and just fun to play. You can get Star Destroyers AND the Death Star. Ground battles suck though. That's the only drawback. It's Star Wars and you can get it on steam for 20 bucks. It's a steal.

Supreme Commander's the only one I've ever gotten into, so definitely that one.
