Yesterday playing TF2 on xbox. It was sudden death on 2Fort, only 2 people left on Red team, me, a Heavy, and a Medic. We were literally surrounded by all 7 players on Blu team, and I had about 10 health left and my medic had about the same. We were getting shot the crap out of, and right on the edge of losing the match, the ubercharge kicked in! We blasted all 7 of them away and won the match :)

Either that or a few months ago on Borderlands. I was in the second wind thing, and had 1 shotgun round left while I was fighting Mad Mel. He was on super low health too. He drove past me and got stuck in the wall right next to me. Last shot killed him and saved me :D

I've got another one.
The other day i was round at my friends house playing on halo, he just got reach so we were playing online to try and level him up. (im not a huge halo fan) but we were playing headhunter, he had 23 points, i had 19. and there was a guy with about 10 skulls running to the capture zone, he just got killed, so i was running to get the skulls and i just beat my mate back to the capture zone for the win.

What's that water type that the last chick of Diamond/Peal has?
Well, whatever it was, I had to take it on with my Infernape because everything else were a bit too dead to help.
It missed with a water attack, I got a critical hit with some fighting move of which its name escapes me.
One-hit KO.

Because Batman totally plays Pokemon.

I was playing Resident Evil 4 and was fighting a boss. (I think it was some dude in a barn) and I used up EVERYTHING. All mu bullets and grenades. Then I realized I had ONE incendiary grenade, I said screw it and blindly tossed it at him. It worked.

OT: I dunno, I have never really been too lucky, probably when I got my first shiny.

Just about a hour ago: during Just Cause 2

I was on the Island with the big city on it (I forget the name) and for SOME REASON, i decided to try and take off in that stupid black market plane that you can buy.

So, i call it down, only ro realise i had no space to take off... as i was in the middle of a BLOODY CITY, and i said to myself "I spent $30000 on this bloody thing, i will use it!"

I got in, held down the shift key, hit a car and exploded.

Whats-His-Face main character guy climbed out, and i said "Okay, try again!"

New plane, but this time i hit a light pole, did a spin, and exploded.

Third time, got a new plane, got halfway down a road, and... crashed.

By now i REALLY pissed, and said "THIS PLANE IS NOT BEATING ME"

By now i had moved down the road somewhat, and ened up near a park. I didnt notice this at the time however.

With the 4th $30000 plane, i got in, SMASHED the shift key in, hit a car, did a barrel roll, and landed in a tree.

Then i realised that the plane was poining UP! Still holding the shift key, the plane eventualy got enough speed, and took off VERTICALY!

I was sooo happy.

Winner.

Although it isn't good luck, it still counts ... in newer Fire Emblem games, hit's are decided by an RNG; two numbers are used, and the mid point between them becomes the decider for if you hit or not, depending if it falls above or below your hit rate. Because of this, displayed hit (ie being told 70) is somewhat off from "true hit", because the process of two numbers averaging makes it less likely to get very high/very low combinations. An enemy with 3 displayed hit and 1 critical hit (determined by a third random number) criticaled on my unit. That alone wasn't enough to kill me, but it meant his ally with a displayed hit of 10 could, assuming they hit me. Which they did. -.-

Last night playing Infection on Reach in The Cage. Long story short I was eventually Last Man Standing, at which point I run out of shotgun ammo. So now there are seven Infected out to get me with Energy Swords and all I have is the pistol. Great. Wind time forward 5 kills and I run out of ammo for my pistol! Aaagh! Oh well, nothing for it, it's melee time! I still don't know how I managed it, but I managed to get 6 pistol whip kills against guys with swords before they mobbed me.

MW2, I blindly threw Semtex over a wall, having a vague idea there were enemies there. It stuck to one of them and he ran into another, killing them both. My only reaction "Wow, that actually worked"

Can't remember the actual chain of events, but once on a CP_Orange variant on TF2, I managed to chain-stab 16 people in a row and then proceed to survive in the middle of the battle for 16 minutes, killing everyone and everything that came my way.

Spies shouldn't survive on the frontlines next to heavies and soldiers, but there you go. Luck? I'd like to think that for about half an hour I managed to tap into my higher levels of brilliance.

Making it up the spinning tower of blades in God of War 1. I'm not lucky because I completed the feat, I'm lucky because I didn't decide to break my goddamned TV in the process.
