Or, to not rip off British sketch comedy... well, actually, I have no original ideas that haven't already been said, although trick grenades (which scare the shit out of people and then burst into flowers or something) would be entertaining.

The one I'm thining of already exists in Borderlands; the Longbow grenade. Basically you throw it and it teleports to the enemy and blows them up. Not the best for taking out multiple enemies but whoever it teleports to is basically screwed.
