"Fuck, maybe we should've just figured it out for ourselves at a lower price."

"Come on folks, don't be shy. It's only the most revolutionary thing since FTL."

 

[Saltarius]

"I doubt we have much choice but to bid."

 

[RaNDM G]

"This thing will be worth twice as much when it hits the street. Can we beat that?"

"Say the word and it's yours."

 

[Saltarius]

"Go for it."

 

[RaNDM G]

"Four million!"

"Four million. Is that right Miss?"

She gives the thumbs up.

"Can we beat that price?"

The crowd is loud with fervent talk. Many express their desire for this machine, but after five seconds there are no takers.

"Sold! To the beautiful young woman in blue."

The crowd applauds. The woman struts up to the stage.

"You've made an excellent purchase Miss."

"Thank you."

You shake her hand and give her the drill. She walks back to her spot in the crowd.

[Saltarius]

"Alright. Now if we they are showing off all the items in the same order as last cycle, you have time. Act like you're going to the bathroom or something, meet up with me and hand me the saw. From there I'll search for the door and you can return to the auction."

 

[RaNDM G]

[small]"Alright. I'll see you."[/small]

She hangs up.

"Joe, I need to step out. Can you keep an eye out?"

She passes Knife as she steps out the door.

 

[Saltarius]

I wait outside.

"Plan's going better than last time, for sure."

 

[RaNDM G]

"Last time?"

 

[Saltarius]

"Nothing, nothing that need concern you. Got the saw?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"Right here."

 

[Saltarius]

"Alright."

I take the saw.

"Let's hope this shit works."

I try and focus on the door, and cut into the wall.

 

[RaNDM G]

You stare into the void.

 

[Saltarius]

I step through.

 

[RaNDM G]

You fall into Grim's store room.

 

[Saltarius]

I feel my way around, trying to discern if the door is here.

 

[RaNDM G]

Nope.

You do come across Grim's corpse though. So that's where he went.

 

[Saltarius]

"Ohfuckfuckfuckfuckfuck"

I run out of the portal, bumping into Sister.

"This saw is erratic as fuck."

"Okay, okay! New plan. We'll come up with something else."
