"Oh... Uh... Well it's... It's pretty bad."

 

[Saltarius]

"Care to elaborate?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"There are twenty-three pages that discuss the history of the town. No relevant characters have been introduced as far as I can tell."

 

[MinimanZombie]

"What? Can't be that bad..." I say, as I take the book from Ran, and begin reading.
"Oh lord. Salt, do you want help with the book?"

 

[Saltarius]

"Strange, I gave it a page or two of description at best. Are you making fun of me because I am blind? That's pretty heinous, I can't help my eyes!"

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Uh Salt...The entirety of page 13 is the letter Z, one of your characters is a brick, and world you've created doesn't even make sense! As in, it's made of lava!" I throw the paper down in disgust.

 

[Saltarius]

"Ok, no offense but it's not like I can see where the hell this went wrong. Believe me, this is not in the story I originally put into the mic."

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Right. Salt, maybe you should try a different skill. Like... movie making? Maybe you can direct or...something..."

 

[Saltarius]

"...I'm not sure I should pursue the arts, period. Listen, I'm having a duel with Davesprite later, so I need your help training. You mind helping?"

 

[MinimanZombie]

"...Okay. Lets start." I pull out Ravens Razor, and assume a stance.

 

[Saltarius]

"Have at you then."


I make a surprisingly accurate swipe at Zomb's chest.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"Salt, how are you going to duel with Davesprite? He has a lot of advantages. He has wings, he's faster, he can do time shit and he has the power of sight. If you win, I will fuck a plug socket with a copper condom."

 

[Saltarius]

"Trilby, I can hear pretty damn well, and if Dave wants to move, he'll have to use his wings. Plus, he's already got a pre-conceived notion that he should 'go easy' on me because I'm blind. As long as we can connect swords, I can keep him in a lock until I need otherwise."

 

[MinimanZombie]

I lean backwards, and swing at Salts legs for my rebuttal.

 

[Saltarius]

I jump upwards and nick Zomb's cheek.

"Could you stop making every movement you make so loud? It's getting somewhat irritating."

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"And if he doesn't hold back because he knows you won't either? Anyway, I don't think sprites need to use their bodies to move. None of them have legs or wings, except Davesprite, and they still move, remember. So there goes that plan."

 

[MinimanZombie]

I stop the sword in my tracks, before pushing Salt backwards.
"Let's see if this helps." I take off my shoes, and throw them at Salt. While he's distracted, I silently leap at him, sword aimed for the center of his chest.

 

[Saltarius]

I bat the sword away with my own.

"Fighting dirty are we? As for you Tril, I'm not going to back down."

 

[MinimanZombie]

I spin around, and slash as Salts legs.
"Expect the unexpected Salt."

 

[Saltarius]

"Lucky for you, I'm not allowed to take cheap shots. But if I could, this fight'd be over significantly quicker."

I ignore the pain in my legs and advance at Zomb. Once I'm near him, I take one final slash at his midsection.
