You bounce off the wall.

You are now in the closet.

 

[Knife-28]

I rub my shoulder and exit the closet. Not even bothering to try that again, I pull out a grenage and lodge it in one of the larger cracks. I pull the pin and run like hell, not stopping until I hear the explosion.

 

[RaNDM G]

The bomb blasts a hole through the wall.

Overkill much?

 

[Knife-28]

I brush some dust off my overcoat and climb through the hole in the wall.

 

[RaNDM G]

You are now out of the closet.

The room is empty, save for a lightbulb hanging down from the ceiling. It flickers as moths circle around it.

 

[Knife-28]

"..."
I decide to check the two doors on the left.

 

[RaNDM G]

You step into the little girl's room and head out the

"Heya Mister!"

You turn around. A happy little girl is standing there, a big smile on her face.

The room is cleaned up. The lights are on.

 

[Knife-28]

"Uh hey." I say, a little dumbfounded by the girls sudden appearance. "Who are you?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"My name's Sabrina! What's your name?"

Her voice is surprisingly loud. She must be excited just to see another person in this place.

 

[Knife-28]

"My name's Knife, what are you doing here all by yourself?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"I don't live here by myself. I live with my mommy and daddy."

 

[Knife-28]

"Ah, ok then." I say, before remembering the body I saw in the foyer. "Do you happen to know where your parents are now?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"Well... no. They said they were going to town to buy some things. They wanted me to stay in here. It can be dangerous going outside."

 

[Knife-28]

"Yes, yes it can." I mutter, before saying to the girl, "Ok then, I think I'll just go wait out there for you parents then." I turn on my heels and exit the girls room.

The light from the chandelier catches you off guard.

This is not the same place you have just left... Well, it is. But not ten minutes ago it was in shambles.

The door to your right is now accessible.

I take a good look around the suddenly not ruined chamber, then go through the door on the right.

I do a thorough search of the room, checking every nook and cranny for anything of interest.

It's the standard living room. The piano and fireplace seem to be the only places of interest.

I search the piano and the fireplace, making sure the latter has no fire burning in it first.
