Probably two things,

watching my cousin getting his exit wound cleaned like a pipe after he got shot in a gang gun fight.

another one would be watching my brother in law in surgery getting something removed from his back, they made a really large and deep incision and i was about 2 feet away from it staring down the hole..

pretty rank

Punching my friend in the nuts. Not a simple sack-whack either, a full-on punch. He threw up and fainted after it.

Needless to say it was fucking hilarious.

dude, if you're gonna post something like that, at least say how you did it.
He pissed me off (he did something bad to me okay!) so I destroyed his life. Friends in law enforcement and drug addicted relatives can go a long way. Anyway, I (with some assistance) made him lose his job, apartment, assets and money. He then got severely depressed and turned to drugs which I had a relative supply him with. After he got hooked I stopped the supply and any money hes gotten his hands on since then has gone to drugs so he can get his fix. I felt good for awhile, then bad, but I am now indifferent.
You are my new fucking God. What can I do to please you? That is seriously fucked up, and seriously funny in a sick, sadistic kind of way. But, none the less, you are my God. What may I do for you?
...

Now this may be a stupid question given the context, but please, someone enlighten me on this subject.

Exactly what is so awesome and funny about ruining another person's life?

EDIT Oh right, almost forgot. Poll vaulter catching his crotch on the poll on the way down.

I've seen a young woman of around 20 get stabbed in the liver and then bleed to death. Two guys wanted to mug her purse, but she resisted. Before anyone had figured out what was going on, they had already stabbed her and ran off. She would've made it if the paramedics didn't have to take the long way around, because some asshole had blocked the street by parking his truck deadsmack in the middle.

EDIT: Oh yes, they found those guys and convicted them for manslaughter. They got out in 4 years.

Actually, it happened today. A friend of mine used to go out with this girl, and they had some rather... inappropriate MSN conversations. Anyway, another friend obtained the logs to some of these chats somehow, and passed them on. I am now stuck comforting a friend who is wigging out whilst fighting off the MENTAL IMAGES (This girl he used to go with has eaten too much choccy of late, and gained a fair few kilos) I'm getting from the thought.

Probably the time I kicked my cousin square, point-blank in the balls. See, he always entertained me and my sister by puppeteering this Bugs Bunny stuffed thing, usually having him land on a multitude of things right in the balls. It always made me and Rach laugh. We were five, he was eight.

He had been bugging me most of that day, and thinking that it would be hilarious and get him to shut up, the kick happened as I was trying to sit down and him standing in front of me bugging me.

It's not really that funny when it's an eight-year-old, oddly enough. Because I remember him laying on the couch screaming he felt like he was going to throw up.

But ever since then, he's been so bony and thick, that my friend Eric once tried to karate-chop him in the back (jokingly) and nearly broke his hand on Jay's shoulder blade.

I can manage to make him cry uncle now, without resorting to ball-kicking. But then, I'm a cruel person.

...Not as cruel as Jester Lord, not by a long shot, but just because I'm a fast swimmer doesn't mean I can beat an Olympian Athlete.

what was the most painful thing you have ever seen someone go under, whether emotional, mental, or physical. here's the catch: it can't have happened to you. you had to be merely an observer.

This isn't very extreme compared to most of the stories, but...

I was riding the bus, and the driver hit the brakes pretty hard. An old lady lost her footing and fell. She smacked her face right into a rather nasty-looking edge of a small step. She didn't seem hurt however, when I helped her up. Just confused. And really scared. I don't know why exactly, it just made a deep impression for some reason. I had the feeling that with a slightly different angle and a bit more force, she might not have gotten up again.

I... Christ. You actually disgust me, along with everyone else who's come out and praised you.

OT: Mine was probably the look on my siblings' faces when Mum told us that Dad had died.

I had my right arm broken in 4 places which meant i had to under go extensive sugary which ultimately accumulated with me having tones of 8 inch long tubes suck into my arm draining the blood from around my bones and the stuff that had seeped in my marrow (marrow is very painful stuff to have tweaked ask anyone who had a sample taken) these then had to be slowly pulled out of my arms and bones without anaesthetic after 10 minuets of screaming they decided this was to painful and gave me morphine.

Oh and did i mention i was 12?

I'm just going to stare at you.
OT: Someone nearly toppling off a second story onto a concrete floor, and to most educated simulations, he would've landed on his HEAD.

I seen an Islamic beheading on a website. The man was screaming as they cut through his head with a knife, gargling as the blood from his kneck sprayed all over the floor. It lasted about a full minute until he thankfully died so he could feel no more pain.

It was fucking horrible, I nearly cried when I seen it and never want to see it again.

So that.

Or does it have to be seen personally? Then the time this guy in gym got kicked in the side of the knee. Then in his leg you heard a huge "Crack" and he sreamed and screamed and his leg was sort of twisted.

Hmm.. my two happened when I was like 4 - 6.

First one was when I was sat in the play park near where I used to live and me and my sister were sat in the swing and one of the boys from my primary school class walked up to us and demanded the swing off us, we said no and then he called a dog over (the area was full of stray dogs). The boy then grabbed the dogs head and pointed it towards us and was shouting BITE BITE over and over again getting more violent with the dog until the dog eventually turned on the boy and practically mauled him. The boy ended up with 20 or so stitches in his face.

I felt so guilty the next day when my teacher was said the boy wasn't coming to school that day because of all the stitches he had in his face.

The other one was my fault too.

My sister was stood at the door way to the back garden and I wanted to go to the back garden and she wouldn't move so I pushed her, I was unaware of the nail that was on the floor that went straight through her foot. I remember the scream and getting into the car to go to the hospital, just can't remember being in the hospital.
