if you get tali in the right position, right up close to the camera, the camera cuts off the front half of her helmet and you can see her face. But I wouldn't bother, she has a massive nose and the pixelation is horrible. Really, her face texture is maybe 32x32.
If they had any intention of revealing her face, they would have waited until ME3 anyways. More tantalizing that way.FoAmY99 said:

Given what we've seen from the shape of Tali's face, she's definately got some human qualities. They seem to be a cross between Turians and Humans. And judging by what we've seen of her face, and her body, she's probably hot.

I'm kinda at a standstill here. I want to see her face just so it would seem more personal but at the same time, the mask adds to the mystery and adds more depth to the relationship since Shepard can't even see her face and still love her. Tali is my favorite character so all I can hope for is to have Bioware make the best decision. Either show her face, or expand on the realtionship even more but both would be twice as awsome.
What would be really cool is if they gave us an option to either see her face or not. For example, Tali could want to "feel Shepards skin against hers" again and Shepard could choose to either agree or say something like "we don't need to have sex to show our love for each other" or something like that and either option wouldn't cause negative affects to the relationship if you didn't want it to.

How about a totally non-standard face! with the two normal eyes but with 3 noses and mouths for ears! and some sort of unknown gangly appendage hanging from somewhere prominent!
From what I understand, the debate over whether dinosaurs were cold or warm blooded was settled with a compromise: that they were likely neither, had a sort of pseudo-warm-bloodedness. Clearly Velociraptors and similar must have had series motabolisms, but that same sort of metabolism in a giant lumbering sauropod like Brachiosaurous [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brachiosaurus#Metabolism] seems like it would be fatal (they'd starve to death). Which isn't all political bullshit. Great wike sharks and giant turtles, for example are technically ectothermic animals, but they have faster metabolisms and maintain pretty constant body temps. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigantothermy] So they, in a way, they are neither endothermic nor ectothermic.
The more important point is that Garrus being more like a Velociraptor and less like a Parrot is like Garrus being more like the great great great grandfather and less like the dad.

Tali is clearly hot, and she is clearly human enough for Shepard to make out with her.
I mean, I don't know how strong you may theorize platonic love to be, but that would be a very, very, very, very strong psychological connection if she were fugly and chicken legged. I doubt any man could keep it up, unless Shepard is some kind of closet zoophile.

Anyway, I pretty much don't care. Tali's personality is what makes me romance her every time I play. A pretty face is just an added bonus to a sweet, sweet treasure trove of well acted and well written gold. Plus there's also the fact that she's a tech nerd... Never can resist that

No matter what happens, they'll never get it "right" if they revealed her face. It will most likely end up becoming unpopular (the fan after all, is schizophrenic and is never pleased with anything), so it's best not to show it at all, and let everyone come up with their own epileptic tree theories.
I always thought, because of her nose structure and blue/purple looking skin (assuming from the mask) that she looked like the Na'vi from AVATAR, but with no tail, not 10 feet tall and the eyes are much smaller and shaped similar to korean eyes. Also, she has moar bewbz and ass than the Na'vi, which is always (and i mean always) a plus.
