yeah the saved games will upload your choices but as for if Sheppard is dead or not well there cant really be a trilogy or even a second game if the main character is dead can there

I doubt that they really killed Shepard. I mean that would just suck. I don't even care if they do something like amnesia to explain why Shepard doesn't have any skills. I spent twenty hours with my strong women Shepard, if she died when I wasn't even playing, Im gonna be pissed.
i have just thought maybe it sayin shepard KIA is giving you a clue to what happens at the end of the game not the start ad that he hasn't dies between games that the secodn game builds up to his death
