Yes, I have confirmed this.

He is, only not as a party member.danpascooch said:wait...even if you import a save file in which you let wrex live, he still isn't in the sequel?
WHOOP WHOOP BS ALARM!
Proof!? Do tell.RebelRising said:I'm sure that he will have a significant and meaningful appearance in the sequel, though it is still sort of a shame.
I'm still holding out on Garrus coming back as a squadmate or at least an important recurring character. I have proof that assures that one video wasn't the extent of his role in ME2.
He is. I saw a video of Shepard and him meeting up again.GodsAndFishes said:As long as Garrus is in it I'll be ok.
Ah, but having a tech heavy team. Seriously, you're fighting an army of robots, whats more useful than having a set of people who can blow up anything electronic? (I usually have Kaiden on my team at the end to provide biotic support as well though.)Jenova65 said:I never used him either (apart from his side quest)MelasZepheos said:I have to say I never had any needfor Wrex in my party. I spoke to him during the off-mission sections but nothing else.
Besides variation is good, and it'll be nice to see other characters in the new one. Would be quite nice to have Tali back though, I liked her.
I have no problem with him, but find that he dwarfs a female Shepard and I can't 'see', myself just Wrex's huge head!
Liara was the most useful party member imo (and Kaiden) especially as the fastest way through that last fight is with a biotic heavy team. I quite liked Tali, but not as much as Liara.
Well, like I said, I do like Tali as a party member she is very effective, in fact for me the most ineffective would be Garrus, not sure why, just don't seem to have any need for that dude at all. My faves are Kaiden, Ashley (how I hate that choice) Liara and Tali (but not in a particular order)MelasZepheos said:Ah, but having a tech heavy team. wrex was my favorite, but i accidently killed him. oh well.Jarek Mace said:Grunt...
WHAT THE **** IS THIS?!
NO WREX?!
Rarrghhh!
Any other thoughts on having no party member wrex in mass effect 2?
And having Grunt replace him.
It's like MGS2 Raiden, no one likes him.
Christ, I wish they put a love option for Wrex, who cares about gay tortoise alien intercourse.
It's wrex.
Lol... you mean Kaidan? Yeah they're basically the same character anyways.rockytheboxer said:As long as Carth Onasi is in it, I'm good.
