Better Squad AI, for the final battle my two allies just stood there and didnt shoot at anything. They moved to cover and everything, but they just stood there once they got there.
Bring back the different weapons from ME1, make it worthwhile to loot and stuff. I had so many credits by the end of ME2, but i never needed to buy anything.

Three things:

1) Generally, for me the Squad AI worked fine... when it wasn't glitching up. There would be weird moments where a squad member would stop responding and would just look downwards at the floor, this usually happened when enemies would die by falling off a cliff (think any segment in the collector ship/base.

2) Please, no loot. The whole idea of 'loot' as being integral to RPGs nearly killed the genre, its unrealistic and a pain in the ass to manage, no matter how good the interface is.

3) How did you end up swimming in money? I've completed two play throughs so far. In my first, I wasn't frugal enough with money and ended up being unable to buy several upgrades. On my second, I only spent the minimum amount of money needed and still ended up with just over 120k. That's after buying every upgrade except for the useless ones (doubling hack time etc). So in ME2, I thought currency was pretty well regulated, even a little too well.
ME1, of course, was another story totally... swimming in cash halfway through, mostly because of, well, loot.

It's gonna take me a looong time to get the melee kill achievement since I run away from husks (they creep me out) and kill from afar so I guess I will be two short of completion forever, ho hum (I'm happy with the 49 I have, but then I don't do anything in a game just for the achievements, iyswim?) Bet you felt pretty pleased with yourself when he finally went down

Indeed: where are all of the female aliens? Female Turians? Female Krogan? Where are they?! They must exist, the Krogan don't shut up about them.

Tali had better be there, she's my love interest and I very much plan on keeping it that way.

I hope that they make sure that it matters who lived and who died in your file's playthrough.

I actually was okay with the whole planet scanning thing, it was serious improvement over the shitty vehicle sections. I say that Bioware is moving in the right direction and they shouldn't be given so much shit about it. If they try something else, I'm alright with that, but please no more vehicle sections (at least not the ones in which you have to crawl all over mountains for half an hour)

These are my hopes and dreams!

Seriously though, I agree, I have a friend who thinks it is disgusting that FFXIII is on Xbox and not a PS3 exclusive, WTF? More people get to play it, surely?

A couple of things I could think of:

1. Planet exploration. Not in the same way ME1 did it, but maybe some sort of free roaming around larger cities on those planets?
2. Romance carrying on into the third game - Kaidan/Ashley/Liara returning, Garrus/Tali/Miranda/Jacob still being with you.
3. A choice of squad members. You have certain spots to fill (Tech Expert, Soldier, Biotic etc) and you could choose between 3 or so persons.
4. Background involvement. Meeting your family, childhood "friends" from Earth, a return to Mindoir. That'd be nice.
5. More ways to change your armor to suit your class better.

Then I'm hoping the game will let you play around in the world after you've saved it (assuming all galactic life isn't extinguished), with all reprecussions out there. Continuing as the hero of all organic species would be nice.

Then of course I'd like to lead everyone against the reapers for the very last final battle, but I suspect I'll get to do that anyway so I'll not add it on my list.

There's a Krogan female in Urdnot on Tuchanka. Called N-something, on the second floor in the same room as the Shaman. Pretty much looks like a male Krogan, only somewhat smaller and a higher pitched voice.

1. I'd like to see the sex scenes return to how they were before; this may seem strange, but they were so scaled down that it broke the immersion for me. I'm realising how I'm not helping my case here, so...
2. I wanna see a quarian without a mask on. Really, it's been bugging me since ME1.
3. I'd like a return to the old amour system. Upgrading your armour and weapons visibly was always one of my favourite things about RPG's.

well for number 2 quarians don't show their faces cause bioware are having a hard time designing them the only they were originally supposed to look a lot like the asari according to the me1 art book i havnt see the me2 artbook

Nobody. But Jesus, he was awesome to talk to. I don't think anybody even thought about taking him on the field. He was like Joker for me: Never left the ship, but still a worthy character who must be spoken with at every given interval.

For me, I just want

-Legion to come back. He was awesome.
-Please, Bioware, please. No collecting squad members. We already have a kick-ass team, let us use them!
-Let me talk to Zaeed! He was like Canderous Ordo, except you couldn't interact with him. Which SUCKED.
-Don't retcon our changes. I spent this whole game teaching Garrus not to solve his problems with violence and vigilantism. Please don't go behind my back and make him a dick again.
-Give me the chance to kill Harbinger personally. I want to know if he'll RELEASE CONTROL of his own body.

He's very handy against organic/armoured opponents.

OT: Give me more skills, and a higher level cap, along with some extra armour customisation. Also, as I said before in a thread somewhat like this, let me change how Shepard looks when under cover.

Agreed, but I don't get why they made him a party member. They should just have had people like him stay on the ship.

I'd feel like a dick if I took him to the fights.

I did! That guy incinerates everything, the dude is a badass!
I think it would be great to take control of other party members sometimes too, I would take control of Wynne whenever some serious heal micromanagement was needed.
And does anyone else really want to take in the real sights and sounds of Illium and Omega, seriously those places we didn't get to see looked so much more interesting than the places we did get to see..... I want to walk those streets see the sights absorb the atmosphere even if that is all I get to do really (like most of the original area of the Citadel) for example. Talk to AI and learn the history and culture etc. THAT would make ME3 pure awesome!
