I blew it up. I figured it wasn't good when Garrus shook his head,

My crew comes first. Though I still need to do another play through to get the "No man left behind" achievement.

I blew it up, because I know Cerberus controlling it would seriously bite me in the ass later. I also think letting the council live or die will have big consequences in ME3.
