"So, you knew it was close to 4-6 turf, you knew they were active, and you still went in without saying a single damn word," Verahl shook his head, almost at a loss of words at the actions Ocara had taken. He paused a moment, before looking back at Ocara."But then, just to make it all worse, no, actually, this is the worst part of it all, you go in there with COMPANY ARMOR. Were you thinking in the slightest what any of these actions MIGHT possibly result in? Or were you just blind to all of them?!"
"I can handle myself fine" came the curt, almost sharp response from Lexi. She didn't like being treated as some fragile Human female, it brought her back to her Elysium days, days that she would rather forget. While she had no combat aptitude, she knew how to take care of herself when things got rough and wasn't afraid of some displaced Turians, though. She took a seat on a box and lit a cigarette, letting the rich gray smoke enter her lungs and then closed her eyes, as the wave of relaxation washed over her. After a moment, she turned to the Turian and smiled at him, not wanting to seem ungrateful for the help (however uneeded) and she turned to face him.
"Thanks for the help though, I appreciate it. Hey, you know if Oc will be ok? Your Boss sounded pretty pissed"

"I still thought that they were staying away from that area and I didn't think my armor was important" replied Ocara, his voice waivering and his resolve beginning to crack. He knew that he would most likely break under these circumstances, what happened when he did he did not know and he certainly didn't want to find out. He stood from his seat and took a step back from Verhal, creating a respectful distance between the two of them. He assumed a classic Turian military stance, his legs shoulder-length appart, his posture straigh, his hands clasped behind his back and his gaze upwards. The new position allowed him a little of his composure back, allowing him to finally attempt to plead his case.
"My actions were rash and I fouled up, I admit that, but I acted to try and benifit Aegis, my... Friend Lexi, she has information on the 4-6 and she will gladly share it with us if it means they get cleared out. I was trying to help us, I didn't think things through, but I did it for the good of Aegis"
Once he finished talking, he took a deep breath, while he hadn;t shouted or even raised his voice above his low monotone, it was still more confrontational than he was comfortable with, especially with Verhal.
"I will accept any punishment you see fit to bestow upon me Sir and while I dont condone my actions, I stand by my intentions"
"Thanks for the help though, I appreciate it. Hey, you know if Oc will be ok? Your Boss sounded pretty pissed"

I think I'd like to have control of Lexi, she;s an interesting character to play. Also, please excuse any grammar mistakes that might be present, its late, I'm very tired and I feel like crap (damn insomnia!)

"As for if he'll be ok that depends on what he was doing, and why he was doing it." Yossar told her, and while he was interested in what exactly had happened, he had a feeling he would figure that out soon enough.
"So, Oc? That's a cute shortening, in all the time I've been Ocara's co-worker and I've never heard anyone call him that." He said as he leaned against the door frame, "How exactly do the two of you know each-other."
"As for if he'll be ok that depends on what he was doing, and why he was doing it." Yossar told her, and while he was interested in what exactly had happened, he had a feeling he would figure that out soon enough.
"So, Oc? That's a cute shortening, in all the time I've been Ocara's co-worker and I've never heard anyone call him that." He said as he leaned against the door frame, "How exactly do the two of you know each-other."
"An interesting story really" she said, moderatley surprised at herself, normally at being asked such questions, though innocent, she would have told anyone else to 'mind their own damn buisnes', but this Turian was different, while lacking the 'sparkle' that Ocara seemed to have, he was nice in his own right.
"Few months ago he starts coming to the bar that I work at, trying to get away from this crazy lot I suppose. We become friends but nothing comes of it, until, one night I'm walking home, the same route that Ocara uses to get to the bar and these Vorcha jump me, Oc was there and he got rid of them, we've been close ever since"
Even telling the story filled her with excitement and the memories of how he had despatched two of the Vorcha and then mercifully let the last one go, that was when she realised and subsequently admitted her attraction to him.
Again, she was surprised at her willingness to share the story with a perfect stranger, but this Turian seemed ok and besides, if she was right, she knew a little about him already.
"By the way, I'm guessing your Yossar? Nice to finally meet you"

Thayna appeared at the top of the stairs leading to the room. She'd been in the armory, checking over her weapons and making sure they were ready to use if needed. She looked around the room, her eyes registering the human woman she didn't recognise. Her curiousity piqued, she walked over to Yossar.
"Who's the human?" she asked him, nodding towards the woman. "Another refugee?"

"Well now this is place is starting to feel cramped." Yossar commented on the appearence of yet another person in the room.
"Her name is Lexi, she's a good friend of Ocara's, he brought her here because she might know something about the 4-6. Seems Verahl has a problem with that, he's in his office reading Ocara the riot act. Why did you come up here?"

"Hence I'm watching her, until Verahl's done and either sends her home or listens to what she might have to say. Would you prefer an incident down-stairs when the refugees decide to vent their frustration on her? Because I'm sure Verahl wouldn't." Yossar replied quickly. "Though honestly I don't really know what Ocara was thinking bringing her here."
"*Ahem* Um, boys, I am right here and its not like I'm going to steal anything from Oc's boss, K?" spoke Lexi, slightly irritated at the fact that both of the Turian's were talking about here as if she was not present. She popper her spent cigarette into a little holder that she conjured from her pocket, before taking out and lighting another cigarette, being sat in a strange base, with Ocara being yelled at not too far away, was not the most comforting of situations.
" We don't know that, Verahl might be able to salvage the situation, and if he has shouldn't you be happy?" Yossar asked Santius and then turned to Lexi, "Speaking of the situation, Lexi, what went on? I saw Ocara was hurt, and Esten was with you, which is never that good of a sign."
"Besides having the poor sense to be born Turian? I don't know yet, I think he got into a scrap judging by the fact he was injured." Yossar replied
"Some of those supremacist bastards started on him when he came into my bar, him and Esten put them down shortly after that" replied Lexi, resisting the almost overwhelming urge to put out her latest cigarette on Santius' face.
