"Fifteen hundred credits?!" Elias said as his attention was drawn away from the circuit board he was microwaving. "I mean, Boss, sure, that's a nice sum," he said as he entered the room adding to Santius' query, "but considering the simplicity of the job description, I have a bad feeling about this."

Don't worry, I do also.
Verahl looked up from his desk and at Santius.

"It's easy money. The employer is a Volus. Little bastard's so worried about them taking the rest of his merchandise or destroying the warehouse so he's hiring us. Frankly, almost any mercenary group can do this, but he's paying us 20,000 creds in total to do this, and with that much coming to us for something so trivial, I'm not going to point him over to other companies for this job." A small grin then formed on his face. "After all, higher desperation means higher pay, and that's what I love about the Volus."

"I still don't like it, boss. I'll do it, but I think this will be one of the few occasions where saying 'I told you so' is really going to suck when the time comes."

"Common security guards?" Moloa wondered aloud, focusing more on keeping a pair of marbles afloat in front of her than anything else, "Is that what the best mercenary group on Omega have been reduced to?"

"Does no one else share my concern here? Hired goons are a dime a dozen. Hell, some can even hit their targets sometimes. That said, do we know what we're guarding? Who's this guy who hired us?"

Sindri was awoken by the intercom's message. He should be thankful, it had been a bad dream. They always were. He couldn't remember the boy's face, but his mind made up facial features for the boy in the dream. He knew they were wrong, at least that made it all bearable.

Sindri got up from his bed, he felt stiff, and he could feel a headache coming his way. Another day, another pointless job with people who didn't care for him. He yawned as loudly as he could as he went into the common room.

"Don't worry, we haven't made enough enemies yet for people to be hunting us. Sure we screwed the Blue Dusks over, but even if it was a set up, we'd be able to take them out easy. Now, I suggest the two of you prepare in whatever way you see fit, if there are no other questions, I've got a call to make."

He then ushered Santius and Elias towards the door.

Oh, and forgot to add on, making a map for the headquarters so it'll be easier to understand the layout. Should have it finished in a little while.

"You won't be paid extra for going unarmed, now please Santius, if you're wanting to have a job to do next week, then I need to organize it." Verahl said, now getting slightly annoyed as he opened his Omni-Tool, and started going through the list of contacts he had on it, and eventually stopping. He was waiting for the two to leave his office so he could make his call.

"Alright, boss. If anyone needs me, I'll be fixing the hot water heater until the mission." Elias left.

A map to the headquarter's has been added to the original post. A bit of the map is cut off unfortunatly, but hopefully it illustrates it well enough.

Edit: Adding NPCs to the list. Feel free to interact with them.

Wow sorry this took me so long to get going on this. Been distracted by Persona 4 since I got back from school.
Sal'Rena looked at the intercom speaker in the corner of the common room. A simple guard job sure, or it seemed that way. Still this was only her second mission since joining Aegis, she hadn't had much time to prove her self yet. "No need to worry your self Sal, just keep your CO2 scrubbers clean and everything should be fine." She said to her self as she began reassembling her SMG, a little habit she had developed on the Hadran before she left for her pilgrimage.

No problem, taking it slow for now, waiting for people to introduce themselves and at least have a post or two before pushing onto the mission though. This one will be a short one by the way, a quick one to just have some basic character interaction. The next one will be longer.

Oh, and Sage, just going to assume your character is in the Common Room if that's fine for this interaction.
Dray walked over to Sal, and sat across from her and smiled before opening his mouth.

'Another mission, another pay right? Me and Mayli just got back a couple hours ago. Had to fly another G.K.W.-to-G.K.W. (God Knows What-to-God Knows Where) again. Honestly, the level of privacy people want of their stuff is just insane right? I'm always tempted to check the crates as well, but last time I almost did, Mayli threatened me with her pistol. She's kinda a ***** isn't she? Anyways, what have you been up to Sal?'

Sal looked up from her gun and blinked, she hadn't met many Salarians and was still getting used to their quick speech. "Let's see to answer your questions in order: Right, understandable, you were poking in her stuff, and finally just putting my Temepst here back together. It's a little habit I formed a few years ago." She said clicking the last piece in place.

Eventually tiring of watching two marbles orbit each other, Moloa snatched them out of the air. "Suppose it wouldn't hurt to check the weapons before the mission," she said, walking up to the storage area. Once there, she took three empty cans off of the floor and set them in a row on top of a crate. She drew her heavy pistol and aimed at the first can "Dvorak," she said as she pulled the trigger, sending the can flying back "Works. Shuriken," she said, holstering the hand cannon and drawing her machine pistol. One second later, the second can was on the floor, with three new holes. "Works." Moloa said as she turned and left, but paused, smirked and turned to the can with her left hand up, thumb, index and middle fingers extended. She fired a Warp blast towards the last can, knocking it and the top of the crate to the floor. "Works." She said with a smile.
