Yes but STDs are bad while sales are goodWargamer said:STDs are passed better if you sleep with as many cheap whores as possible. Things just seem to sell better on the 360.kibayasu said:What poor sales were those?devildog1170 said:Until Konami gets fed up with the poor sales on the PS3.MindofMykyta said:I don't remember the exact wording, but this is from Otacon in Metal Gear Solid 4:
"Snake, to continue, you have to find the disk labelled "Disk 2"... You can't find it? Oh wait, you are playing on a Blu-Ray disk on the PS3!"
That just tickled my Sony fanboy interior and that's the lines that pretty much say no to the game appearing on the Xbox 360.
It was from Einstien.ghostsprite9 said:"i don't know what weapons we will use in world war 3 but world war 4 will be fought with stones and sticks"
not sure if thats the proper quote but a congaulations if you get who its from.

Gray Fox came before cyborg Raiden. The ninja/scout skills weren't that odd for snake.Indigo_Dingo said:He fought alongside Raiden and didn't think war had changed.jboking said:You can also consider who said the line. Snake, a soldier who was used to honorable fights (the kind he had with Gray Fox), now has to work with soldiers who aren't fighting for any cause other than that nice fat PMC paycheck. They all use ID tagged weapons instead of the traditional ones. For him, war had changed.Indigo_Dingo said:Great thought there, war never changes, cause otherwise it wouldn't be goddamn war. Saying something is still its definition is stupid. Its like saying "the French are still from France".skcseth said:War has obviously changed as warfare has become more technical. Overall however, war doesn't change. Enemies kill each other until one side is either all dead, or surrenders.LornMind said:"War has changed."
"War...War never changes."
Which idea do you subscribe to?
Personally, I can't decide. I'm too torn. I'm tempted to say the latter, what with human aggression being so common, but the themes presented in the former and the idea of PMC's controlling a world economy, well, that's a scary thought.
Ahem, anyway...you thoughts?
That was Vault 106, North of Jury Street Metro Station and NorthWest of Vault 101. I remember that place to from my first playthough. To think I was looking foward to going into a nice Vault just like the one I came from. Boy was I mistaken. That place genuinly creeped me out unlike RE5.Birras said:"Oh God,I need to get out of *screams* Where the hell am I? I just got an Email from my own brain? No, brain, I do not like it better here. I thought you were on my side! *begins sobbing*"
-Birras, raiding Vault 92 (I think it was 92. It was the one where you would occasionally be warped into a different location with a purple filter on your vision.)(By the way, that's all entirley true. I am easily scared when I am half-asleep, as I was when playing Fallout 3 at 2 A.M.)
That is no longer the case in MGS4 because the soldiers are pumped full of Nanomachines which prevent them from emotionaly reacting to what they are doing. Just like a video games, but instead of Nanomachines its just fake.letsnoobtehpwns said:it doesn't change the fact that real men go out to stare death in the face;

MGS series. War has changed. I dont care I'll argue with Ron Pearlman, he aint shit on me!The Shade said:I think I'll go with the second one. Ron Perlman makes a good argument about how war has ravaged since our ancestors first figured out how to hit each other with objects. And we're still doing it.LornMind said:"War has changed."

Also, I'm not gonna argue with Ron Perlman. Are you gonna argue with Ron Perlman?
madmurch said:As a historian, I would say that war has changed quite significantly - so MGS wins this one. Perhaps you could argue that the reasons for war haven't changed (people are just as vain, arrogant, hateful and greedy as we were five thousand years ago), but ultimately Fallout 3's tagline always leaves me shaking my head and thinking "Well, actually..."
Of course the goals have changed; War has been waged for land, religion, possesions and in MGS4's case the economy.Kailias said:Anyway, I think what MGS4 was trying to say was the way war is FOUGHT was changed the goals have not changed at all.
Ahhh, Nathan, I'm so glad the Enclave killed you, saved me the bad karma...quack35 said:God bless America! And no one else!
I'll have to go with MGS's view on war. It has changed quite a bit.
