My favourite Fallout 3 quote comes from Three Dog.

You all probably know that, by level 20, Three Dog virtually never references your character. However, he usually does so once; he gives a long monologue about you. I had a good character, the 'last best hope for Humanity', and Three Dog said so in a really epic speech. When he gave it, I was stood about to enter the Purifier. I was in the last room before fighting the General, surrounded by dead Enclave soldiers.

Crowning Moment of Awesome!

Also, I'm not gonna argue with Ron Perlman. Are you gonna argue with Ron Perlman?
You just CAN'T.
Honestly, Ron Perlman and Liam Nesson.

The game has so much awesome that it leaks out of every pore and by effect, makes you temporarily more awesome by being near the game disk.

You could kill a bear with one punch while making love to a super model.. As long as you were holding the disk.

Or at least that's my theory.

That's so true, you could start a religion out of it.

I now announce that the first church of the holy disk has been formed. Please donate all your money to me so I can make the game I mentioned in page three of that thread about what games you would make.

I would so include Ron Perlman and Liam Nesson.

I don't remember the exact wording, but this is from Otacon in Metal Gear Solid 4:

"Snake, to continue, you have to find the disk labelled "Disk 2"... You can't find it? Oh wait, you are playing on a Blu-Ray disk on the PS3!"

That just tickled my Sony fanboy interior and that's the lines that pretty much say no to the game appearing on the Xbox 360.
Until Konami gets fed up with the poor sales on the PS3.
What poor sales were those?
Well, I'm not saying that Halo is a good game, but it sold like 5 million in its first week, while MGS sold 1 million. Things just seem to sell better on the 360.

STDs are passed better if you sleep with as many cheap whores as possible. That doesn't make the sex better.

The Fallout 3 one is more realistic. The point of war has always been to gain some advantage over your enemy.
yeah cause any of us surviving a nuclear war is completely plausible.
In my opinion, none of those to are remotely possible, maybe 100 years from now, sure we'll have power suits by then. The most realistic apocalypse game(I count MGS because it is) is Left 4 Dead, probably thats not who would survive.
I suggest you watch a certain British film called "Threads". Theres a damn good reason why that only got released 25 years after it was made by the British Government - it was too plausible for their liking.

Anyway.

I go with Fallout's version. Wars will always be fought to gain some form of supremacy, resource, or currency. That is the way it is, and always will be. The weapons and tactics may change, but the underlying reasons? They'll stay the same.
Can you inform me the reason why i should watch it, or is it just watch it or fuck myself?

Appears I didn't explain myself well enough. It was a film set in the 1980's, but written in the 60's by the BBC, and detailed what would have happened if Russia had decided to invade Western Europe, and nuked everyone. Pretty much depicted what would have happened, and did it rather well. Just have a look, its quite interesting. We'd certainly survive. Just we'd...regress.

Wasn't a case of "Watch it, or go fuck yourself.". ;)
