If the entirety of the robot was made from a plastic explosive, than it could maybe explode and take a small fraction of the pillar off. If it is filled with an explosive than it has enough oomph to maybe make a whole in 1 person. In the end, the size itself does not seem to feel like it could do any dmg. I will say that using a Holiday based item is far less conspicuous as an explosive than that toy did.
So all one has to do to get the attention of a bomb squad is buy a toy and leave it looking sinisterly in the middle of the street? Oh and add a bit of cement to the mix? Are you aware of how easy that makes it for someone to make a diversion and make sure they don't react to a real bombing situation?Generic Gamer said:

* clap clap * good job media paranoia, people can't even put in possible street art installations without people shitting themselves. Oh No a toy robot that could be filled with enough explosives to startle a newt. I mean the person who did it can't come forward now because they will lynch them for making them look like tossers and wasting everyone's time.
