I'd like to see an FPSMMORPG. Like BioShock but online. I heard that one is being made called the Agency, but have heard very VERY little detail on it. I think that a lot of people would really enjoy an FPSMMORPG. Right now if you want an MMORPG you have to play a fantasy one and not everyone is up to that so a change of pace would be nice.

And when I say FPSMMORPG, I don't mean like Call of Duty with a lot of multiplayer slots, I mean like WoW mixed with Fallout 3 where everyone is in the same place at once.

I would like to see aging and permanent death. This would wildly change PvP and questing in general. To carry on your legacy, you would have your children to fill in after you die.

Star Trek Online would have been like that, until the old company dropped it and Cryptic took over. Makes me a sad cheetah..
Well, at least Cryptic has a far better track record with their games than Perpetual ever did.
Be that as it may, the way they're developing it is not at all what I was hoping it would be. I'll try it out regardless, of course. Who knows, I might be pleasantly surprised. Or not.

A space fighting trading game.

*chuckles* I hope someone gets that.

Oh, right...for the actual topic... A Halo MMORPG. Exploring Forerunner ruins, battling rogue covenant cults and splinter groups, fighting what's left of the Flood, maybe finding Master Chief and continuing the fight. Who knows. There's so many possibilities with a Halo MMORPG. Oh, but if it has some sort of level progression system like WoW and WAR, I won't play it. It better have something along the lines of EVE.

Anarchy online was so brilliant in the day. So much content and variety. Shame it's really starting to show its age now.

So

Anarchy Online 2 would be my answer.

i would personally like to see a Harry Potter MMORPG. i think it would be cool to make your own spells, and build a character from a young age into either a Death Eater (a baddie) or an Auror (a good'n).
Totally agree with you, I've always wanted to see one like that. But I'd want it completely seperate from the events in the books.. Maybe post-Deathly Hallows.

I also want to see a medieval war-based MMORPG. Imagine getting a group of, say, 30 other people mounted on horseback, leading a raid on a camp, Rohirrim style. Or taking 200 footmen vs. a keep of 100. It could be pure epic. And no bloody equipment forging or shoot. Just design your bloke and win the day! Also, the same game could be done in a style of something like Panzer Dragoon or Lair.

And finally, Pokemon. No brainer. Fight, evolve. Sabotage those silly humans.

to be honest I think anime should stick to tv and not make mmos, I can't see them being put to a game. But what I want to see it would make me drop WoW in a second If it was done well. Elder scrolls mmo. that would be so good.

Look, bud, Starcraft and Warcraft aren't heavily based on Warhammer, they ARE Warhammer. Mind you with much less sense and history behind it, but you can name almost anything in those universes and I can show you how blatantly ripped off from Warhammer they are.
First of all, I'm well aware, secondly, I think you're under-informed. Starcraft 'ripped' off of numerous sources, most obviously warhammer, but also Aliens, star trek, star wars, you name it. Starcraft is like a big collection of easter eggs and homeages and beyond the obvious Tyranid/Zergling stint, Warhammer doesn't own the concept of running around with a lot of little men with guns in powersuits with robots and tanks. Ruddy fanboys are the only reason there is a rift between Starcraft and Warhammer. I guarantee you there is someone on the Blizzard team that absolutely loves Warhammer so there's really no reason to direct a fight toward me "bud". I simply like Starcraft more than I like Warhammer, and I dont care if Warhammer "did it first." The East made fireworks and paper, The West made the nuclear bomb and computers. Being first doesn't mean being best, again not that Starcraft is better, I just prefer it more.

I dont much care for most of what they're doing with Starcraft 3. Bulbous egg zerg that puke parasites instead of predatorial raptors, that spew flesh eating spores, bulky high-on-themselves dark protoss instead of the stealthy crafty 'we are no better than anyone else' dark protoss. What protoss would start ripping zerglings apart as use for armor? That's not the protoss mindset I had come to understand at all. And while I realize that proportions need to be distorted somewhat for recognizeability, they're putting in way to much. Then when they scale up the charaacters for an MMO they leave the distortions in? What the hell is that? If Blizzard's going to make an MMO I'd be willing to play they should at least be aware of their own design mechanics and game history and look at what the fanbase fell in love with, not slide into a natural progression of cartoony bullshit. Fighting a war with the unrelenting bloodthirsty horde is great and all but the minute you decide your game needs an 8 foot tall cow complete with stereotypical nose rings and cowbells then you give him a rediculous emote for doing the moo----nwalk and you're going to kill the mood of the game. There's too much about MMOs I dont like. Pointless grinding, useless emotes, repetative quests. Go to point A, get quest, go to point B, do quest, go back to point A for reward, repeat, and the rewards are always general experience or gold. Woopdie-friggen-do because It's not like I just made more money killing the 50 dragons you asked me too and selling the loot I picked up along the way..

I'd like a Starcraft MMO if they took it seriously and didn't re-use genre specific cliche's and game mechanics. Make me feel needed in the world and not just another plebe grinding zerglings.

I would pay for a Pokemon MMO if it was

3D

Lots of open room

Not like the other games that were 3D we need the "Tall Grass"

If Kanto Johto Hoen Sinnoh Orre the Orange Islands Sevii islands, and the islands from Pokemon the Movie 2000 (Not all at once, Expansions)
